The apartment features two bedrooms, a private kitchen equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, and basic kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

Stay connected with standard Wi-Fi and unwind with satellite TV. Air conditioning is available in the dining room and included in the price, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout your visit. Welcome to 9125, a beachfront apartment in Sevid, Central Dalmatia, on the Trogir Riviera. This spot is perfect if you want to stay just steps from the sea-only 10 meters away, with just two stairs down to the pebble beach. The apartment fits up to four guests and offers a private 200 m2 outdoor area with a sitting area, deck chair, and a fixed grill for easy outdoor meals. You’ll have everything you need, including bedding, toiletries, bathroom towels, a hairdryer, a beach umbrella, laundry facilities, a clothes iron, and an ironing board. Free private parking is available, and you can reach the property easily by car. The host speaks both English and Croatian, making communication simple.

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Zeit in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Eigentümer leben mit im Haus und sind besonders herzliche, fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (von Seife, Reinigungsmittel, Spülmaschinenmittel, Wäsche, Handtücher......). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, alles absolut sauber. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln! Fliegengitter, Fensterläden und viel Ruhe garantieren erholsamen Schlaf. Besonders wunderbar ist die große Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick, Ruhe und Liegestühlen. Der Strand ist in 30 Sekunden erreicht, nur durch den Garten und schon ist man da. Es liegen Strandstühle und Schirme bereit. Das Wasser ist herrlich sauber und klar, die vorgelagerte kleine Mini-Insel bietet eine tolle Schnorchelumgebung. Die Bucht ist wunderschön, auch super für SUP geeignet. Parkplatz im Schatten im Privatgelände auch super! Der Ort Sevid liegt recht abgelegen und ruhig, wer Nightlife sucht ist da eher falsch, jedoch ist die Lage ideal zum Besuchen verschiedener Orte mit schönen Restaurants und touristischen Angeboten wie zB Rogoznica, Trogir, Primosten. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Eurem Haus, liebe Vesna und lieber Damir - alles Gute für euch!

This was our best vacation in Croatia. I cannot express my admiration and gratitude to our hosts’ hospitality! The house itself is perfectly located and beautifully decorated in Provence style – fully furnished, perfectly clean. Gorgeous sea view from a spacious terrace where you can enjoy meals or relax on a deckchair with a book in your hand. The terrace is overlooking the garden with its big trees which adds additional charm. The pebble beach just outside the house entrance gate was quiet in August/September. The shallow shore is perfect for both families with kids and adult swimmers. Sevid is quiet – idyllical for those looking for peace and tranquility not night clubs Bigger towns in half an hour’s drive distance allow you to ‘dive deeper’ into ‘touristic mood’ with souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes etc. We definitely recommend to book your holiday here. <3 <3 <3

Útulné ubytovanie v novom samostatnom apartmáne, ako na obrázku, tak v skutočnosti. Všetko funkčné, čisté a provensálske :-) Domáci veľmi milí, ústretoví, pani domu nám na rozlúčku urobila parádnu štrúdľu. Parkovanie vo dvore v tieni, pláž čistá, lehátka a slnečníky k dispozícii.

Skvělé místo se skvělým ubytováním. Ideální pro rodinu s dětmi. V apartmánu oddělené ložnice, vybavená kuchyň, dostatečně velký obývací pokoj a prostorná terasa, kde se vejde bez problému celá rodina ke stolu a ještě je zde prostor na 2 - 3 lehátka. Domácí jsou velice ochotní a vstřícní. K moři na pláž z drobných kamínků (bez ježků) s pozvolnějším klesáním je to z apartmánu 30 metrů. Obchod v místě je dobře zásobovaný, na pláži je možno koupit ovoce, zeleninu, zmrzlinu, suvenýry, hamburgery, pizzu, doplňky pro plavce i neplavce, půjčit si loďku, šlapadla a v baru se osvěžit. Jediná restaurace sice nabízí slušný výběr jídel, ale nejsou všechny po celý den k dispozici(až po 18 hodině). Byly jsme maximálně spokojeni s ubytováním a místem pobytu.

Letos smo prvič letovali v tem apartmaju in prav tako v kraju Sevid. Bili smo navdušeni. Apartma si zasluži vse pohvale. Je čist in zelo okusno opremljen. Dovolj velik za 4 člansko družino. Terasa omogoča prijetno preživljanje časa na prostem. Iz nje je lep pogled na morje. V apartmaju so na zalogi vsa čistila, veliko brisač, vsi kuhinjski pripomočki…. Lastnika sta zelo prijetna, prijazna, gostoljubna, nič vsiljiva. Ob večerih priporočamo sprehode ob obali okoli polotoka ali do cerkvice Sv.Vida. Cesta do mesta je v prenovi. V mestu je majhna trgovina, kjer dobiš vse kar potrebuješ, sploh če jo obiščeš v dopoldanskem času. Na plaži je majhen bar. Domačini prodajajo lokalne izdelke. Morje je zelo čisto. V juniju ravno pravšnje temperature. Če si želite preživeti miren dopust, je to zagotovo pravo mesto za vas. Mi se zagotovo še vrnemo.

Very Good: the apartment, the apartment owners, and the distance to the beach, which is just 1 minute from the apartment since the house is at the first line from the beach. very beautiful are the trees at the house/apartment giving a decent shadow and hosting a lot of birds which are talking to each other before they go asleep. there is one car parking slot inside the house land, which is also nice. there is one small supermarket, which got enough selection, but one need to go frequently since the selection changes day-by-day. there is one very good fish restaurant called "Lanterna" which is at the north side of the island and very close to the bay. a fish menu is about 35 Eur. what we really missed is a cafe, we couldn't find one on the island Sevid. this is a shame. there is a kind of pizzeria/fastfood location in the same building as the supermarket, but that place is not very attracting. it would be not a bad idea, if ADRIATIC.hr could include a map for how to reach the house on the island with the car, since the streets are very narrow and there is no real system in house numbers. overall a very nice vacation, if one is ok making coffee in the apartment and enjoying the nice terasse, which is part of the apartment.

Liebevoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere Wohnung. Großzügiger Ess- und Wohnbereich mit bestens ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Im gut ausgestatteten Badezimmer ist leider keine Duschkabine sondern nur kleine Badewanne. Platzbedingt steht der Kleiderschrank im Treppenhaus und nicht in den Zimmern. Großer Balkon mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Wurden von den sehr freundlichen und jederzeit ansprechbaren tollen Gastgebern sehr herzlich aufgenommen und aufmerksam aber unaufdringlich umsorgt. Kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt. Dafür ein sehr herzliches Dankeschön. Der Strand befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Grundstück und war selbst im Juli nicht überfüllt und angenehm zu nutzen. Es gibt keine aufdringlichen Strandverkäufer oder Verkaufsstände. Das Wasser war von hervorragender Qualität und ideal zum schnorcheln an der vorgelagerten, fischreichen Insel geeignet. Der kleine Ort ist etwas abgelegen aber ideal für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub ohne Lärm und Hektik. In ca. 300m Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit allem was man benötigt, einen Bäckerladen und eine kleine Konoba mit einfachen Gerichten und für das Glas Wein oder Bier am Abend. Wer mehr braucht fährt ins ca. 25km entfernte überfüllte Trogir oder Primosten. Wir waren begeistert und werden sehr gerne einmal wiederkommen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber.
