Appartamento da ristrutturare, ai limiti dell'affittabilità: moquette polverosa e impossibile da pulire, mancanza di appendiabiti, di mensole, di stendibiancheria (basterebbe un filo sul terrazzo), di uno straccio per il pavimento. Tendone della cucina che non si apre, tenda della doccia corta (esce l'acqua). Connessione internet con segnale inutilizzabile. Frigorifero che non fa il ghiaccio.
