positiv: Die Lage! Man ist in wenigen Schritten am...
positiv: Die Lage! Man ist in wenigen Schritten am Strand und an der Promenade. Auch kleine Geschäfte, Bäcker und Lokale sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar.
Die Terrasse ist sehr schön zum draußen sitzen und essen.
Netter Empfang bei der Ankunft, unkompliziert.
negativ: Deutliche Preiserhöhung auch in der Nachsaison. Dafür sind uns Im Vergleich zu unseren früheren Aufenthalten ein paar Dinge abgegangen, die früher das "rundherum-Wohlfühlpaket" perfekt gemacht hatten und warum wir trotz Preiserhöhung den Urlaub wieder gebucht hatten:
1) Keine großen Duschhandtücher vorhanden. Nur normale Größe. Beim Duschen etwas nervig, sich mit kleinem Handtuch abzutrocknen.
2) Der Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse ist weg, gerade beim Frühstück war es immer sehr angenehm.
3) Verschiedene Ablageflächen sind verschwunden. Kommode und Sitzbank in den Schlafzimmern, ein Tischchen mit Sessel am Gang. Die Wohnung wirkte dadurch etwas leer und wir mussten verschiedene Sachen auf den Boden legen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Neben einer kleinen Terrasse, die tagsüber weitestgehend im Halbschatten liegt, verfügt sie über eine weitere Sonnenterasse in der ersten Etage. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Sowohl das Meer als auch der Ortskern mit Restaurants sind nur 50 - 100m entfernt. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles für den täglichen Bedarf erhält, ist direkt um die Ecke. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wohnt nicht vor Ort. Steht für Fragen aber jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage! Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien mit 1-2 Kinder, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten. Alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles, was man üblicherweise braucht (kleine Anmerkung: Für die Mütter unter uns wäre es NOCH mehr Erholung mit einer Geschirrspülmaschine, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Es passt wirklich alles super!).
Es ist eine schöne Terrasse dabei, wir haben immer draußen gegessen, sie ist überdacht, man hat sowohl Sonnen- als auch Regenschutz. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten an der Adria zum Baden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 8)

Wir vermissen die Insel und das süße Häuschen bere...
Wir vermissen die Insel und das süße Häuschen bereits jetzt schon und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Wir haben oft auf der Terrasse gegessen mit Blick auf das Meer. Fußweg 2 Minuten zum nächsten Strand. Sehr nette Hausherren. <3 :inlove: 8)

Čista, udobna, prijetna in zelo dobro opremljena n...
Čista, udobna, prijetna in zelo dobro opremljena nastanitev. Latnik zelo prijazen. Apartma je čisto blizu plaže in centra mesta, obenem pa tako lepo situiran, da imaš svoj mir in zeleno okolico. Super je bilo in z veseljem bi se vrnili!

La nostra vacanza a Preko è stata davvero fantasti...
La nostra vacanza a Preko è stata davvero fantastica.
L’appartamento è risultato meglio delle nostre aspettative, ben curato e attrezzato per ogni esigenza domestica (stoviglie, asciugamani, lenzuola, detersivi, ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere, stendino, tv, wi-fi, BBQ anche se elettrico). Rispetto alle foto sul sito sono stati fatti interventi di ammodernamento, un grazioso porticato sulla terrazza ci ha permesso di vivere l’intera vacanza pranzando e cenando all’aria aperta. La casa dista a pochi metri dal mare, non abbiamo mai dovuto utilizzare l’auto per raggiungere il mare, il porto, il supermercato e i ristoranti, un piccolo paese a misura d’uomo. Anche il lungo mare è ben attrezzato da lettini e piante che permettono di trovare spazi in ombra senza utilizzare l’ombrellone. Non ci sono locali di svago e divertimento ma è stata proprio la tranquillità che ha fatto della nostra esperienza una vera vacanza in totale relax! È sicuramente una struttura e un luogo che consiglio per le famiglie, forse meno per i giovani alla ricerca di divertimento.
