Villa Rosa is located in the area between the sandy beaches of Civitanova Marche (20 minutes driving) and the historical town of Macerata (11 kilometres) about 3 km from Petriolo. Access is via electric gates to ample parking. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden and the private swimming pool area has a furnished solarium and external shower. Indeed, privacy and peace, set amongst spectacular landscape, are the plus points of this property. All rooms with cool parquet flooring in the sleeping area and granite flooring in the living area have generous light and space and this, combined with comfortable furnishings and a good standard of fixtures and fittings, creates a warm welcome. The helpful owners live in the lower part and at the opposite of the house and then, Villa Rosa is like a detached villa because it has a separate electric-gate and a private area with a spacious garden where there is the swimming pool which is exclusively for guests use.
