The property consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, 1 cosy bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a single sofa bed and bathroom. Plus, private parking place, A/C and washing machine.

° Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out, after the apartment inspection.
-City tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. It is 1,15eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

-Bed linen: 8eur person/stay
-1 towel for the shower: 5eur person/stay
