Amazing stay!!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. From the time we booked, Ellie was in touch and they arranged for us to check in early on our first day as our flight arrived at 7 am. We were met at the apartment and Ellie went through all the details of the apartment in detail, showed us how everything worked and sat down to orient us in the city with a huge map that marked out sites and restaurants. His intro included important apps to download and advice on how to deal with air raid sirens etc. They had filled the fridge with basics which was hugely appreciated as we hadn’t eaten since our flight. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and is perfectly located in the city within walking distance of many great restaurants, shopping, Carmel market and only 15 or 20 minutes from the beach. The second level deck is fantastic and has a table for eating outside. Otherwise, the apartment has everything you could want and is clean and comfortable. They also accommodated us on our checkout as we needed to leave late in order to coordinate with our next destination. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend Ellie this apartment for anyone interested in a relaxing and wonderful stay in Tel Aviv.

Beyond Expectations - The friendliest hosts ever!

Our husband and I went to Tel Aviv to visit family, we had our three children with us ages 11, 9 and 6. We were completely blown away by the entire stay. Elie and Carole were extremely flexible as we were unsure what time we would arrive and they had wanted to meet us at the apartment at check in. Right away they felt like family, as if we had known them forever! They helped us bring our luggage in and showed us around the apartment - the rooms, how to use appliances, the window shades, etc. They spent time with our children to show them how the TV worked, how to use the remote and how to save favorites. They marked a map of Tel Aviv with us and showed us the different beach point, different sections of the city, recommended different apps for us to install that would help us during our stay, including the emergency alert app. We ended up taking our son to the hospital for an ear infection our first night there - it was because of Elie and Carole that we knew where to go and how to get there. They even set up a WhatsApp chat for us to communicate with each other during the stay where they provided PDFs of places to eat and things to do during our stay. They really covered it all! They were available for questions that we had throughout the week and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Our last night they came to say goodbye and see us off. These hosts are truly unforgettable and we can't wait to stay with them again! Amazing apartment and amazing hosts!

Exceeded Expectations!

The place was great. Elie and Carole greeted us with step by step instructions on all the features of the place and recommendations for places to go see and eat. The place is clean, beds are comfortable, showers have strong water pressure, the two decks are full of sunshine with great views in every direction. The location is central to everything. Highly recommend!

Cold water tap handle is faulty in the upstairs bathroom No soap holder or even a towel hook in the up-stairs shower. Two towel adhesive hooks (removable) are now installed. The Wi Fi reception in the upstairs bed-room keeps dropping out. Other-wise an excellent apartment in a good location.

Best Rooftop and Hosts

We had a fabulous visit to Tel Aviv and staying in this home helped make our stay. The rooftop is phenomenal and a great place to relax every day. The hosts are welcoming and greet you and meet you to say goodbye. They take such great care in making their guests feel comfortable and ensuring they enjoy their stay. We would be delighted to rent from them again.

Amazing!

Apartment was clean, spacious (for a family of 5) and well equipped. Hosts were incredible! I only have good things to say! Perfect location to do things in Tel Aviv. Only drawback is we couldn't really walk to the beach. Will definitely book a place from Elie and Carole next time we are in Tel Aviv!

Wonderful

Clean, comfortable, bright, modern, well-stocked condominium. AMAZING location - a 5 minute walk to Rothschild and Habima Square; 10 minute walk to Dizengoff, Ibn Givrol, Sarona; 15 minute walk to Carmel Market/Nachalat Binyamin; 25 minute walk to the beach. Close to tons of cafes, restaurants, food stores. Elie and Carole were always available, friendly and helpful. We're reluctant to rave too much about this condo because we want it to be available for us next time we come to Tel Aviv!

Great penthouse! Fantastic hosts.

The apartment is fantastic: excellent location, amazing roof deck, very well stocked, great beds and bathrooms, washer/dryer, parking spot, couldn’t ask for more. Elie was amazing and gave us extensive information on things to do, where to eat, etc… He generously stocked the kitchen for us, which was welcome since we arrived at midnight and had everything we needed for breakfast the next day. It is on a quiet street very close to shopping and restaurants. The only caveat: the apartment is not really made for 6 people. The sofa bed is in the living room so there is no privacy. Also, the upstairs bedroom is a loft so there is no soundproofing to the living room/kitchen below. That being said, it is perfect for two couples and if I had known the layout it would not have changed my choice. We loved the place and would gladly stay there again.

Great place in Tel Aviv near the action

We were welcomed at the property by a very helpful manager that provided us with information not only of the property but also about locations of things we would need as bakeries, food markets, restaurants etc.. We found the unit in good condition. Any need that we confronted was immediately responded by the property manager The unit is very well located, short distance from Rothschild Blvd, Sarona, Neve Tzedek. To have the availability of a parking is gold us Tel Aviv. Highly recommended

Coming to Tel Aviv for our granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah

The apartment was located perfectly for us, only 3 blocks from our where our daughter and family live. We came prepared to quarantine for up to 2 weeks in the apartment. Quarantining there would have been as good as can be expected, because the place is spacious and open. As it happens, we were in quarantine only 2 days. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the apartment. We spent a lot of time there with our family. It all worked out extremely well. Carole and Elie are excellent, highly attentive hosts.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

We were looking for a more residential location as we didn't want to feel like we were once again tourists in a busy hotel location. Not only did we get what we wanted but got more as the location is within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. The apartment has an easy access garage which is a must have if you're going to have a car in Tel Aviv. And the roof top deck has the most beautiful city views I have seen. We enjoyed sitting outside eating cheese and crackers and drinking wine while taking in these breathtaking views (the apartment is two levels with rooftop right outside second bedroom). Elie and Carole are very lovely people and extremely helpful. They were always available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay again and feel very comfortable recommending to others - no hesitation. Thanks and todah rabah Elie and Carole!

Amazing apartment, location and hosts!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The space is beautiful, modern, spacious with amazing outdoor areas and views. It is also in a central location and in close proximity to various activities. The hosts were very welcoming and really took the time to explain to me where everything was and what I may be interested in checking out which I really appreciate. Wonderful hosts and place, really! Beautiful apartment in great location

We were greeted upon arrival by Elie and Carole, who provided us with wonderful suggestions for restaurants, grocery stores, and local sites. Even stocked the fridge with basic essentials! The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. Has amazing views from the balcony, which always had a breeze and shade, even in the summer heat. The apartment is so centrally located, that you can walk all over Tel Aviv from there. Even had an underground parking space, which is a real bonus on crowded Tel Aviv streets! Definitely look forward to staying here on our next visit.

The property was everything we had hoped for

The penthouse was everything advertised and exactly what we needed for our stay in Tel Aviv. It was close to everything needed for shopping, food and drinks and was well stocked for the nights we wanted to stay in and prepare meals and watch movies at the apartment. Both the bedrooms were perfect for our individual needs and we had the perfect amount of space and privacy as well as a beautiful common area to lounge in and an amazing view from both the upper penthouse rooftop balcony and the balcony off the living room level. I would definitely stay again!

We felt like we got so lucky with this penthouse!

What a beautiful and immaculate apartment! We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and more. Our daughter stayed in the downstairs bedroom and had her own bath while we had the master on the second level. There was one terrace that we had our morning coffee on and a fabulous roof deck that overlooked Tel Aviv. I think the roof deck alone was one of the best features. Elie and Carole were very warm and attentive. They gave us an introduction the first day that included a map and restaurant recommendations. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect! we can't wait to stay there again and share a bottle of wine with Elie and Carole

Juste Parfait!!!

Nous avons été accueilli par Elie et Carole de façon très professionnel et très sympathique. L'appartement est magnifique, tout est neuf, de bonne qualité, la literie est plus que confortable, même les canapé lit était extra...ce qui est rare!! Carole et Elie font leur job extrêmement sérieusement et pensent à tout pour le meilleur accueil. Je le recommande et je les recommande!!! Merci encore à vous deux!!!
