Set in the quaint town of Dripping Springs, you'll easily fall into the local life by visiting the farmer's market and taking strolls around town to enjoy nature at its finest.

****PLEASE NOTE: No fireworks of any kind are permitted on the property, due to the dry conditions in the area. Thank you.****

With pristine attention to detail and antiques around every corner, this cabin will have you in awe. Take a seat on the sofa or armchairs in the living room while diving into a good novel or watching a movie on the flatscreen TV ( DVD and WiFi are provided).

Bring along fresh ingredients to whip up delicious meals in the kitchenette, which is equipped with a hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, and more (though please note it has no traditional stove). A covered grilling area is ready and waiting outside for a tasty Texas-style BBQ.

A spacious stand-alone shower is featured in the bathroom, which sits next to a welcoming bedroom with a queen-size bed. Two more travelers can enjoy sleeping on the living room sofabed. This home can comfortably sleep four, and if you need more space, consider renting the adjacent house, which sleeps six more.

Spend a lazy afternoon swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub, taking walks around the property's wet-weather pond, and let the dogs sniff around. Please note that there is a nightly pet fee.

Take a hike up the nearby hills to enjoy views of Dripping Springs, and take in some of the best stargazing you'll ever see. Wednesday afternoons in town is the local farmer's market, where you can shop for fresh produce, locally made lotions, and so much more. Twenty miles south is Pedernales Falls State Park, and 10 miles away is Austin for music festivals, shopping, parks, and eateries.

From relaxing in this charming studio to hiking through the hills, everyone will love a stay at this Dripping Springs home.

About Vacasa of Texas

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Charming Escape

 • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming artistically inspired studio. The mini orchard out the front door, the outdoor grill and pool, and the tasteful decor made this a memorable and cozy escape for our family. So happy to find a dog-friendly stay! We saw deer, we enjoyed daily dips in the pool, enjoyed coffee on the front porch, and appreciated the peaceful location.

Great ammenities. Nice cozy place

Loved the property and amenities. Very cozy studio and beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen. We had a nice stay here for several days. Property management did a nice job of staying in touch and they went out of their way to accommodate us on short notice.

Anniversary Weekend🙌

 • 5 of 5

We loved, I repeat LOVED the layout of the pool. First off, there are close surrounding houses and those folks were so quiet that they may not have even existed. The pool was perfect, waterfall, fountain and a personal remote to control the hot tub jets and lights. The grill was great right by the pool. Comfy chairs and bar by pool. The only downside was the upper lights to the bar /grill area didnt work. But we didn't mind that. The out door pool bathrooms were a great idea! Very cute and clean. The pool/grill and vacasa was all very clean as well. As for the inside amenities....the biggest issue was no room to set anything in the bathroom and no outlet to plug anything in the bathroom. The bed was small but very comfortable. The "check out" procedures said to do a load of dishes and laundry if needed before we left, to "help" clean...I had no problem doing that until I saw there was no dishwasher or laundry facility. I did do our dishes but felt bad I couldn't wash towels. The whole trip gets 5 stars for being quiet and relaxing...it was exactly what we needed. Also, Lyft drivers were easy to get there, they found it easily.

A Beautiful Sping Break Oasis!

 • 5 of 5

The property was beautiful, ecletic, and clean. A nice quiet area (we were the only ones there at the time) with shady trees and nature all around allowed us the comfort to BBQ, swim in the pool, and soak in the hot tub listening to the waterfall in a relaxing setting.

The Studio was extremely cute and interesting! Lots of conversation pieces! I would ask for a little less in the bathroom, as it was short of places to put toiletries and such. The bed is also EXTREMELY squeeky, but that is my biggest complaint. The pool did have a lot of leaves in it, there's no way around that, but it was clean, obviously cleaned recently, and we enjoyed spending a little time on it as well.

It's only about a 10 minute drive to town, which is nice. We had everything we needed :) Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the city, or enjoy family with a bit of luxery and a lot of peace! *

*Note: I don't know what it's like when the other 2 houses are rented out, but it would be so nice to rent the hole thing for a family reunion or wedding party.
Charming Treasure on Great Property...

 • 5 of 5

I absolutely love it! Very antique charming :) the older gentleman who runs this place is a delight. I had a hard time finding a place I could stay w/ our dog, and found this one, she loves the property so much she hasn't barked once. Haha... I'm going to tell all my friends & family abt this treasure....
