2 double beds in two different rooms, kitchen, grill, an attic with 5 beds, 1 bathroom and one wc with laundry. nice terrace with relaxing view to the forest and everything you need is near by. sani beach is just 2 km away and has everything, water sports,diving, sailing, restaurants, super market, marina, swimming pools, sandy beach and of course night life, bars, etc. N.FOKIES is the next village approximate 5 km, you can also visit archaiological points or just relax under the hot sun! just be your skin by using a good suntan oil. relax at our terace and enjoy the green view, listen the singing of the birds and take a nice walk to the near by forest.
you can cook your lovely meal and relax by listtenig some nice stereo music. If you have kids let them play free on the grass or go out to sellect wild rasberries.

I born in Thessaloniki and i live here with my family, i have two children. I own a restaurant in the up town kastra area named ouzeri To Yenti( number 7 means), Turkish word. I love the sea and diving, sailing and basketball. Good music, nice company and good wine is my favorites.

I love this area, because you live in nature, no troubles, quiet, relax and i can do lot of work at the garden or prepare my rubber boat for fishing'

What makes this property unique

It's first of all the view to the forest and the garden, sometimes you see a lot of sun flowers at the next field so this bring my mind Van Gong's are close to bars and restaurants but when you need relax you enjoy it .garden with olive trees, or lemontrees,peach trees, etc.
