Located in the heart of the popular beach resort of Woolacombe, this high-quality first-floor apartment has been refurbished in a bright, contemporary style throughout and offers stylish accommodation for enjoying this most special part of North Devon. An external staircase leads to a private covered entrance with space for garden furniture as well as drying wetsuits and storing all your beach equipment. There’s additional lockable storage available at the rear of the property at ground level. A delightful open-plan living space has two comfortable sofas, as well as a TV/DVD and an Amazon Fire Stick. A dining area and a high-quality galley-style kitchen that is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant self-catering stay. A double and two single bedrooms are all attractively fitted out with contemporary oak furnishings and an additional pull-out bed in one of the single rooms provides flexible sleeping arrangements making this lovely apartment ideal whether you are holidaying with family or friends. All three bedrooms have TVs and are served by a family bathroom with a WC, as well as a separate WC.
Close to shops, restaurants and cafes and just a few hundred metres to the magnificent surf-washed sands of Woolacombe Bay, you do not have to travel far afield to have a wonderful holiday. Backed by beautiful countryside and with easy access to the moorlands of Exmoor (13 miles), the picturesque harbour town of Ilfracombe (6 miles) and characterful villages such as Croyde (5 miles), Georgeham (3 miles) and Combe Martin (10.5 miles), you will have plenty to keep you occupied whether you want a traditional beach holiday or you want to enjoy a variety of active pursuits such as walking, riding, surfing or cycling.
