Situated in the gorgeous coastal village of Woolacombe, this second-floor apartment is simply prefect for a seaside getaway for four. With breathtaking views from the veranda and beautiful interiors, it doesn’t get much better than this. Overlooking the 3-mile expanse of magnificent sandy, surfing beach at Woolacombe towards Putsborough and Baggy Point beyond, you’ll feel yourself relax.
Furnished and equipped to a high standard, this apartment provides delightful accommodation in an open-plan design with patio doors leading out to the pretty decked veranda. With a fantastic, bespoke kitchen including Neff ovens, everything is on hand to make food preparation easy whilst still being able to join in conversations. There are also two attractive bedrooms in the apartment - the master with super-king has the same stunning sea views and its own en-suite shower room while the second is a pretty twin. There is a separate family bathroom, with bath and shower over, providing total flexibility for both families, and couples. Outside, steps lead up to the shared grassed area with stunning sea views.
The apartment is in the ultimate location with the award-winning beach and local amenities including shops, surfing equipment hire, family-friendly pubs and restaurants all on the doorstep. If you can tear yourself away then why not have a walk out to the Bull Point Lighthouse from the neighbouring village of Mortehoe (1.5 miles) or have a family day out at one of the local attractions such as Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Zoo or the National Trust owned Arlington Court all of which are within 16 miles.
