At Arco da Calheta have one of the best microclimates in Madeira! It is a quiet place where you can hear the chirping of birds and chickens and dogs in the neighborhood.

very nice house with excellent interior and comfort

Really great house with all things you need for a comfortable stay - even garage for a car and toys for kids. Kitchen is well organized with all inventory you need - dishwasher, toaster, microwave and so on. Also a washing mashine is in the house.... If we could wish one more thing, this would be sun in the morning on the terrace. We had a stay in November and it lasts until ca. 11 AM, when sun is on the terrace. Nevertheless it was warm enough to have breakfast outdoor.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt . Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war perfekt um die Insel mit Mietwagen zu erkunden. Traumhaft war auch der Sonnenuntergang auf der großen Terasse. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub :)

Das Haus ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank. Jeder Zeit wieder.

wunderschönes Madeira

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem schönen Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt auf einer Höhe von ca. 460 mtr., es hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Ein Mietwagen ist absolut empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter José hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und uns bei der Suche nach einem neuen Mietwagen geholfen, den wir durch ein Missgeschick am Flughafen nicht bekommen haben. Danke nochmal.

Maison spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée et bien située. A l identique des photos, même mieux!

José Manuel Rodrigues est prévenant, attentif, disponible et chaleureux. Sa maison lui ressemble. Vous vous sentez comme chez vous. La vue est splendide, la localisation idéale. Bref, c est avec un vrai grand plaisir que nous retournerons chez José Manuel Rodriguez. Reservez les yeux fermés, mais ouvrez les quand vous y serez, la vue à Arco de Calheta, vaut tous les détours.

Fewo mit Sonnenterrasse und fantastischer Aussicht

Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass der Vermieter die Fewo selbst nützt. Sehr sauber. Schöne Sonnenterasse mit fantastischer Aussicht. Der Wintergarten kann alternativ bei kühleren Abenden genutzt werden. Einfaches, aber gutes Restaurant in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Für sonstige Ausflüge und Einkäufe ist ein Mietwagen erforderlich. Garage vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super lage, Top ausgestattet

Richtig schönes Haus, das vom Vermieter auch selbst als Wochenendhaus genutzt wird. Dementsprechend gut ausgestattet: Waschmaschiene, Spülmaschine, Internet, SatelittenTV ( alle deutschen Sender)..... die lage ist toll oben auf den klippen über calhetta, super blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Man braucht aber schon nen Mietwagen sonst ist man etwas abgemalt.

Maison très confortable et accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison très confortable et spacieuse avec une belle vue sur la mer et bien exposée plein sud. Le propriétaire est charmant et nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Le site de Calheta permet de nombreuses excursions et randonnées dans tous les coins de l’île et bénéficie de tous les services de proximité avec un musée d’art moderne qui vaut le détour pour les amateurs.
