Completely realized, beautiful 2-person apartment. Downstairs the kitchen and lounge, luxury bathroom and upstairs spacious bedroom with beautiful views. In the bedroom there is also a nice extra sink.
Kitchen with large fridge and cooking facilities. Spacious veranda all around, where you can sit outside. Very spacious for 2 people and completely new and comfortable at 750 meters from the beach.

Nice for some days

Some small things need attention. Seats on balcony needs to be renewed.Same for the lights of the sink in bath room and door of the fridge. Great area for cycling. Thanks for parking the bicycles in the garage.

Den Gastgeber haben wir nicht kennengelernt. Das Inventar im Küchen und Wohnbereich ist schon sehr verlebt.Eine Aussenbeleuchtung an der Eingangstür hinten wäre wünschenswert.

Die Wohnung ist Renovierungsbedürftig , komplett verbraucht und nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Man fühlt sich nicht wirklich wohl . Keine wirkliche Privatsphäre man muss sich den Balkon teilen . Ungepflegtes Grundstück . Das einzige was gut war war der Standort der Wohnung und dass man einen eigen Parkplatz hat.

Ekelhaft!Was an dieser Drecksbude neu und gemütlich sein soll, weiß wohl nur der Vermieter.Wir haben nach einer späten Anreise direkt am nächsten Mittag das Weite gesucht und uns eine andere Unterkunft besorgt.Hier wurde nach unserer Einschätzung seit Monaten nicht sauber gemacht. Überall Spinnenweben, tote Insekten usw.Auf dem Bettlacken ekelige Flecken ominöser Herkunft.Und als wir es dann gewagt haben die Dusche zu benutzen gab es direkt eine Überschwemmung weil das Wasser nicht mehr abgeflossen ist.Warum offfenbarte dann ein Blick unter das Ablaufgitter. So etwas Widerliches habe ich seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr gesehen!Eine braun-grüne Pampe von Schimmel, Haaren und was weiss der Teufel noch!Schauen Sie sich die Bilder an, die sagen mehr als Worte...Der Vermieter war sich dann aber nicht zu schade dafür erstmal den vollen Preis für die eine Nacht plus eine volle Endreinigung von 85 zu berechnen. Erst auf meine Intervention hin, wurden dann zumindest noch weitere 50 erstattet. Absolut unterirdisch!

For the future:

Der Aufenthalt war vor allen Dingen wegen des sehr guten Wetters in den letzten zwei Wochen soweit angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr tiny, was einen zwingt stets Ordnung zu halten. Für Essenszubereitung, Toilette und Bad stand für unsere Befürfnisse genügend Raum, wenn auch sehr tiny zur Verfügung. Als ungeschickt sehe ich die Ausstattung des Schlafraumes an. Auf dem Bett sitzend oder liegend ist das Fernsehprogramm nicht zu genießen. Das bedeutet, dass man in Schlechtwettersituation sehr mehr oder weniger gefangen fühlt. Vielleicht lässt sich da etwas ändern. Im Obergeschoss wäre das Umhängen des Fernsehers und die Anordnung einer Sitzgruppe denkbar. Der vorhandene Schuppen ist nicht explizit im Mietvertrag erwähnt. Außerdem ist er mehr als unaufgeräumt. Hier wäre eine bessere Organisation mit dem Ziel, hier einen Abstellbereich für Fahrräder einzurichten. Gegebenenfalls mit Anschluss für Ladegeräte. Also alles in allem: Bei gutem Wetter für essen und schlafen ausreichend. Bei schlechtem Wetter bedenklich, da es keine geeigneten Möglichkeiten z.B. zum Trocknen gibt.

Klein en Spartaans

De slaapkamer boven is groter dan de keuken/woonkamer. Daar is ook de tv. Tip..... Zet daar de twee stoeltjes van beneden neer om tv te kunnen kijken en dan twee goede stoelen bij de eettafel Inrichting is keurig, maar minimaal. Twee eetkamerstoelen en één fauteuil. Het zitje buiten zijn twee houten bistrostoeltjes. Niet echt comfortabel. Op het balkon staat een heerlijke bank, Maar het balkon kan wel een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Opbouwende kritiek dus

Wohnung wir Urwald

Die Gegend um Schoorl ist sehr schön, auch sehr schön gelegen, man wohnt direkt im Dünengebiet. Mit dem Vermieter war es etwas schwierig bei der Ankunft, wir hatten eine Uhrzeit ausgemacht an der wir da sind, er war nicht da, telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, auf eine E-Mail hin hat er etwas später geantwortet um uns mitzuteilen wo er den Schlüssel hinterlegt hatte. Das Grundstück war sehr ungepflegt, kein Raden gemäht, sehr viel Unkraut. Was gefehlt hat war ein ordentlicher Tisch auf der Veranda, die Liege die auf den Bilder drauf war, war gar nicht vorhanden. Die Kaffeemaschine hat nur mit technischen Know-how funktioniert, da die originale Kanne nicht dabei war und so der Filter übergelaufen ist. Das Bad ist ziemlich neu, nur sehr sehr klein.

Klein maar fijn!

Klein appartement op een mooie plek. Mooie, lekkere douche en goede bedden. De trap naar boven is wel een beetje steil. Met mooi weer kun je heerlijk buiten zitten op de veranda. Dicht bij het strand en vele uitvalswegen om de omgeving te verkennen.

Erfahrung mit der Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber ok. Uns fehlte eine Sitzgelegenheit, da man nur am Küchentisch sitzen kann. Ein Sofa gibt es nicht. Im Bett kann man wg der Schrägen nicht sitzen. Der Fernseher befindet sich gegenüber des Bettes.

Kurzurlaub

Das Haus war geschmackvoll und sauber eingerichtet. Leider fehlte ein Fernseher unten um gemütlich zu schauen. In unserer ersten Nacht haben über uns in der Wohnung 5 Kinder Möbel gerückt, lautes Gerenne und Gezeter.

Klein und sauber

Nachts gab es Geräusche die uns nicht schlafen ließen, eine Tür oder Fenster was ständig geklappert hat! Ansonsten kleine saubere Wohnung! Man könnte die Veranda liebevoller gestalten und die verrosteten Stühle austauschen! Im Schlafzimmer fehlen Stühle oder Bank um die Klamotten abzulegen, da der Kleiderschrank unten steht und im Schlafzimmer noch Platz dafür wäre!

Sehr schade!

Die Onlinebilder haben leider nicht der Realität entsprochen. Z.B. Terrasse/ Eingang am Schotterparkplatz ohne Sonne. Spärliche Einrichtung (kaum Geschirr bzw. Besteck, kein Wohnraum vorhanden, keine Küchenmaschinen, kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle - kein einziges Bild an der Wand usw. - recht lieblos, Bad recht eng usw.) Zu dem Preis sehr schade und aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlenswert.

Hier handelt es sich nicht um eine neue Wohnung

Wir waren von der Ausstattung und dem Erscheinungsbild der Wohnung enttäuscht. Alles wirkt abgenutzt. Die Kommunikation war gut. Aber für die weitere Vermietung raten wir zu ein paar Investitionen.
