Pelican Sound 2023

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was beautiful, roomy, and comfortable. The new kitchen was 5 star. The owners were a delight to deal with. FABULOUS

This condo is 5 stars. quiet end unit where you can see sunrise and sunset. Dishes, flatware, glassware, linens and appliances were all brand new. Short walk to two pools, fitness center, restaurants and golf. Owners were amazing, you can rent this property with confidence!

Pelican Sound

The condo was spacious and very nice. Given our arrival on 11/1/22, there was hurricane damage close by, so that wasn't the best situation. But Pelican Sound is a great bundled golf community, and the owner (Tom) was great to deal with.

Good Life inPelican Sound!

We really enjoyed our two months in Toms condo. We were on the top floor and felt like I was looking out at a jungle, tops of palm trees...I almost felt like a monkey should be flying by! Pelican Sound is a wonderful community with so much to offer...pools, river-shuttle Gym and numerous other activities besides great restaurants right there. We were 25 minutes to beach and tons of restaurants and shopping close by. Very friendly people as well. Thanks so much for a great time and perfect weather, Tom!

My wife and I are parents of four (now grown) children and as our kids were growing up life was pretty hectic, as you can imagine with four kids. We truly valued family vacations away and often found our selves in Florida whether it was to relax by the beach, play golf with my three sons or float around in the pool we always enjoyed our time and found it difficult to leave and head back North. Now that they've all grown and (we hope) will be starting family of their own soon we decided to acquire a "snowbird" home so we can continue to build family memories as well as have a home away from home to relax and enjoy all that Pelican Sound has to offer. We hope our home provides more than just a roof over your head during your stay, but also a place of relaxation and new memories.

Why they chose this property

This is a newly furnished 3 bedroom Condo. The master has a kind bed, walk in closet and a private view on the liana. I love the 27 hole golf course and my wife loves the newly remodeled health club facility. There are 6 pools to chose from with gas grills and fire pits.
This is a very unique property to relax, meet new friends and have fun!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the private boat to take an evening ride on the gulf or go over to Lovers Keys and relax. The property also has tennis, Bocce, boat launch and ramp area.
