Welcome to our privately owned penthouse apartment located at the fantastic Bahama Bay Resort & Spa.

This luxurious penthouse apartment comprises of just over 1700 sq ft of air conditioned and heated living space, with enough room to comfortably accommodate 6 adults in 3 good sized bedrooms . There are 2 large bathrooms, open plan seating area, fully fitted kitchen, formal dining area and a good sized balcony which overlooks the palm tree lined pool area below. There is also a telephone from which you can make free local calls and should you bring your own laptop, the home has free wi-fi internet available throughout. Bahama Bay also provide free wi-fi within the resort.


Located conveniently just off Highway 27 and a few minutes away from the Interstate 4 and US192, Bahama Bay Resort places you in the ideal location to experience all that Orlando has to offer. Walt Disney World can be reached in 15 minutes, whilst the US192 with its large selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars can be reached in under 10 minutes.

There are many award winning golf courses such as Reunion, Champions Gate, Celebration, and Southern Dunes close by, and just minutes from the front door you'll find a Publix supermarket, Walgreen chemist, petrol/gas station and a variety of shops, diners, bars and take-away and dine-in restaurants. The nearest Walmart is less than a 10 minute drive, there are numerous discounted Designer Premium Outlets, Department Stores, Souvenir Stores, Flea Markets and a Cinema within a 20 mile radius.

Great for a family Disney stay!!

The condo was spotless and very spacious - it was an excellent pla e for our family (2 daughters - 7 year old and a 7 month old) to visit Disney!! The condo is a 2 minute walk to the main pool and splash pad, which were great in the afternoon after a hot morning in the parks! The condo’s shared pool was even closer. We look forward to booking this condo again (we tried for next Easter but it’s already taken!)

Clean and spacious apartment

A very enjoyable stay

The apartment is spacious, modern and clean with relaxing decor and all the facilities we wanted. We liked being on the top floor and the steps were no problem. Bahama Bay is a large and well kept gated resort and we enjoyed the pools and walking path around the lakes.

Just wonderful!

From start to finish the whole holiday was marvellous. Denise was a fantastic host always quick to respond to some of my silly questions. The apartment was just as described just wonderful. It had everything you could ever need in regards to facilities and equipment. The Bahama Bay resort is spotless and the 3 pools are just lovely. We had many a late night swim.

Have stayed in a few locations along Highway 27 including Solana and Hampton Lakes and this is the best yet. Great facilities and location and the apartment itself was perfect for us. Very clean and is equipped with everything you could ever need for your stay. We normally try a different resort each visit but If we came back to Bahama Bay this would be our 1st choice. No issues and excellent communication from Denise

Perfect stay at a perfect property!

Great communication from the owner who was very helpful with queries. The property was scrupulously clean. The whole ambience was of luxury. Comfy sofas and new electrical goods made it a lovely place to come back to. Both bathrooms are huge and you can create two master suites by locking the Jack and Jill door. We spent a lot of time at the very near pool, often being the only ones there so it felt like a millionaire’s holiday. Thank you for a lovely stay, Denise. We’ll be back!

A perfect stay

We had a really enjoyable 3 week stay at Denise’s condo in April/May 2019. Our fifth visit to Bahama Bay but first time in this condo. Modern well maintained and very clean interior including the carpets. The sofas are particularly comfortable for a relaxing evening after busy days out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and linens and towels are of a very high quality. We found the pictures on the website to be accurate giving a good indication of the high standard you will find. The kitchen is well equipped the appliances are modern and up to date. The condo is well positioned within Bahama Bay very close to one of the quiet pools which never seemed to be crowded. Denise replies to questions or enquiries almost immediately making booking a very simple process. We would certainly be looking to book this condo again for our future Orlando visits.

Great stay!

This well-located Grand Bahama apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With its south facing balcony, choice of 2 pools within a minute’s walk and well equipped kitchen and spacious layout you are perfectly set up to relax and enjoy your holiday. We’ve been staying at Bahama Bay at least once a year for 11 years now and this is one of the nicest we’ve rented! The resort continues to be well managed with mature planting and clean grounds plus you have great dining and shopping within 10minute drive. With Disney a mere 20minutes drive; Universal 40 minutes and I-Drive 30minutes away this place will continue to be a family favourite for years to come!

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY APARTMENT

This is our fourth visit to Orlando and the best accommodation yet. After the long flight from the UK, the Bahama Bay Resort was easy to find, especially following the route off Highway 192 onto the Formosa Gardens Boulevard and then across on Funie Steed Road. This same route made access to the Disney and other theme parks really easy and very quick, with the added bonus of literally passing by some fantastic restaurants; we particularly liked “Outback Steakhouse” in Formosa Gardens Village. This is the first time we have stayed on a resort complex and we definitely preferred this experience to staying in villas. The Bahama Bay complex was excellent, beautiful surroundings, spotless, well maintained and polite and helpful staff always on hand if needed. We found the apartment to be extremely well equipped (even beach towels and ponchos), VERY comfortable, spacious, masses of storage, and of course, spotless. Even with all the many delights the Orlando area has to offer, we found it hard to leave the apartment, lounging on the balcony, relaxing on the sofa in the beautifully air conditioned apartment, walking around the lakes of the resort or relaxing by the pool. Denise provided us with everything we needed to know before we left the UK and has done a wonderful job making the apartment feel sumptuous yet homely. The Disney parks are 12 miles away, easily reached in 20-25 minutes, straight up “World Drive” and the Universal parks and Sea World within 45 mins straight up the “I4”. All very well sign posted. Although the complex has its own small shop, we were recommended to “Publix” at Berry Town Center, 3 miles away heading south down Highway 27. This supermarket has everything you could possibly need with a good selection of very fresh fruit and vegetables, a good bakery and excellent delicatessen. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and will definitely be coming back. Tim and Judith

Fantastic apartment in great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment on the Bahama Bay Resort. The apartment was really spacious and was spotlessly clean. The furniture, carpets and bedding were all brand new before our stay. It's got great facilities on site. The swimming pools are really nice and the food in the restaurant was lovely. We'd recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying in Florida. The owners are very easy to deal with and were very friendly. Many thanks Rachel & Phil

Perfect in every way a 5 star stay

We were really impressed with this pent house accommodation over all it was just perfect for are family of 7! 2 adults and 5 children 3 boys and 2 girls and we were never under each other’s feet it had two outside balconies one with a table and chairs the other a bit smaller for a couple chairs or just standing,both over looked the outdoor pool which was great for keeping and eye on the kids, the apartment was spotless very spaces big open plan living room and kitchen 3 large bedrooms (2 very large) with a double bed the other a king size bed one with its own un suite large bath and shower! and the other two rooms lead into the main bathroom again bath and shower! The 3rd bedroom had 2 single beds in it again this room is big also the sofa in living room turned into a double bed sofa! both bathrooms were very big with large mirrors TV in very room with plenty to choose from the main TV in living room had cable (sky tv) even more to choose from and a DVD player with a selection of dvds, also has very large fridge and cooker very large washing machine and tumble dryer the whole apartment is very well air conned in every room! and the whole 3 weeks we stayed we were very comfortable indeed we really felt at home and were so sad to leave we are hoping to go back next year and if this apartment is free in our dates this would be are first choice we never had any issues whatsoever and all contact with the owner Denise before and after we travelled has been brilliant they are very accommodating friendly and easy to deal with even made my sons year as he had to leave behind a baseball bat as we could Not fit in into luggage Denise brought it home with her and has arranged for it to be returned to me 😀 woah! Everything at the resort is right on your doorstep and we can’t recommend this apartment highly enough if your staying at Bahama Bay if your lucky enough choose to stay here 😀

Clean and wonderful retreat

We had a terrific winter stay at this penthouse condo. Easy check-in, very clean with everything you need for a short or long stay. The condo is very spacious with a large lanai overlooking one of the small pools. Everything was in working order and we had no issues for the entire 4 months we were there. The building was quiet and is close to the clubhouse, with a smaller pool steps away. The owner and property manager were both super responsive and kind. We have stayed at multiple Bahama Bay condos and this one was definitely our favorite. We highly recommend it!

The apartment is lovely and very spacious. The property is gated and in a very safe location. There is a tennis court and multiple pools. You do not get access to a workout facility though. This is our second visit and we will be back.

Home away from home

The property was beautiful and the room was exquisite. We enjoyed our time there tremendously! Everything was clean and well maintained. The only complaint is that there is no elevator so making the trip to unload/load the car to and from the third floor was horrible.

Quiet and Clean!

I’m not a regular Disney gal, so when I needed a place to stay for a reunion taking place at Disney, I was hoping to be away from the busy and chaotic family places. I really appreciate how quiet and clean this place was and my adult daughters loved how spacious it was, too!

Great location

Once we were checked in Bahama Bay was a great resort. Tradewinds has great food and pool. The condominium is larger than it looks in the pictures, and Denise was a great host.
