Villa free on four sides, all on one floor, with lounge, dining room, hallway at the entrance with wardrobe room, 3 bedrooms, two double and one with two single beds, two puff-beds, large front and rear garden with olive grove, space covered with cane with table for outdoor lunch-dinners, well, lava-stone barbecue for cooking food on the grill, view of the Apuan Alps, 2 km. from Pietrasanta, 4 km from Forte dei Marmi, located on the Versilia river at 15 meters. high from the river bed, unique tranquility. Parking spaces 4-5.
