Appartment to relax

The appartment is in a quiet neighborhood, which is embedded in the lovely hills of Poggio dei Pini. The garden is fenced makes it perfect if you travel with dogs. The appartment offfers plenty of space. The interior could use a little brush up, but overall it was clean and equipped sufficiently..

Great location, quiet place.

Alessandra and her husband made us very welcome and gave us great local recommendation of what to see in the area. Right next to Capoterra, the location was perfect for us (recommended with a car): not too far from Calgari for some city tour and also not too far from the beaches further south (Pula, Chia, Tuerredda). It was also easy to do a day trio to Iglesias and Nebida on the west coast to see marvelous sunset. The property is shared with the owners on the floor above but each has his own separate access and privacy. All needed amenities. Would definitely recommend !

Ci siamo trovati molto bene.La casa è in una zona tranquilla, circondata dal verde e con un giardino recintato che ci ha permesso di lasciare libero il nostro cane senza preoccupazioni.Ottima posizione per visitare la bellissima costa sud-ovest della Sardegna.Nelle vicinanze si trovano tutti i servizi essenziali.Seguendo le indicazioni del proprietario Carlo la casa ,( non dotata di climatizzatore) , rimane fresca anche quando le temperature arrivano ai 35 gradi.Ringraziamo ancora Carlo per la gentile e discreta ospitalità.Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri.Sandro, Katia e Martino

Wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war für mich und meinen Sohn einfach perfekt.Hier kann man sich bei absoluter Ruhe sehr gut erholen.Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr gut und es wurde alles gut erklärt.Die Küche bietet reichlich Ausstattung mit mehreren Gewürzen. Die Unterkunft hat auch einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.Für die Waschmaschine war bei unserem Aufenthalt sogar Waschmittel vorhanden.Aufgrund der Lage sollte man ein Fahrzeug haben.In der Gemeinde gibt es zwei Restaurants.In der leicht zu erreichenden Nachbarstadt Carpotterra gibt es reichlich Auswahl an verschiedenen Restaurants. Wir wurden in keinem Restaurant enttäuscht. Hervorzuheben ist dabei die Pizzeria "Europa".Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Sardinien kommen wir gerne wieder.

Sehr ruhig und schön

Wir kamen spät in der Nacht an und wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und sehr angenehm eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Für uns und unseren kleinen Hund war der eingezäunte Garten perfekt!

Ein schöner Urlaub

Eine schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse nach Osten. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas an Ausstattung fehlte, wurde es umgehend bereitgestellt (In unserem Fall ein Wasserkocher und eine Glaskanne für kalten Tee) Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Ruhige Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung, an einem Ort mit Blick auf die Berge. Man ist unter Einheimischen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die im gleichen Haus wohnen. Die Unterkunft hat aber einen separaten Eingang.

Entspannung pur auf Sardinien

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung zwischen den Pinienhügeln in totaler Ruhe und mit absolut netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Für den Check in müsste es mindestens 100 Punkte geben. Vacances tranquilles et près de toutes commodités

Au calme, sans bruit (propriétaires extrêmement discrets) dans une maison bien fraiche malgré l'absence de climatisation, près d'une grande plage sans beaucoup de monde et sans parking à payer!) près d'une petite supérette, d'une grande ville (Cagliari) et de sites touristiques à visiter Les plus : linges de maison à disposition, et petits gâteaux d'accueil Les moins : peut-être une cafetière électrique (pour les non-italiens !!!) et surtout portes de douche très étroites pour les personnes un peu fortes !! En résumé convient parfaitement bien pour des vacances tranquilles avec tout à proximité A recommander ...en particulier aux retraités !

Vacanza in totale relax!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella casa di Carlo e sua moglie. Sono proprietari molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili! Ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte e la loro casa è molto bella, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. A pochi passi dal market e alle esigenze quotidiane. A pochi km dal mare e vicina a tutte le località e spiagge più belle del sud Sardegna. Ottimo appoggio per poter girare più posti in pochi giorni! Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri. Il loro cane è dolcissimo e piacevole.

Formidable séjour

La maison correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Elle est spacieuse, plutôt bien équipée, la chambre parentale est très grande . Gros point positif , la maison reste fraîche toute la journée malgré les 37-38 degrés dehors. La supérette est à 3mn de marche, la première plage est à 7-8 mn en voiture , et les magnifiques plages de Pula et Chia sont à 20-30 mn . Moins touristique que le nord , les plages n'en sont que plus agréables. Carlo et Allessandra sont discrets et très disponibles pour les hôtes. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Vacanza rilassante alla scoperta delle spiagge del sud-ovest

Se non si è interessati ad avere la casa a due passi dalla spiaggia per poter scoprire le bellezze della costa del sud muovendosi in auto, questa è un'ottima soluzione. L'alloggio si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, comunque ben servita con supermarket, farmacia, negozi, bar e due ottimi ristoranti. A circa 15/20 km si trovano le migliori spiagge del sud: Nora, con il suo sito archeologico, Pula, Chia e per chi si vuole spingere oltre, in 1 oretta e mezza si raggiungono le spiagge di Teulada ad ovest o Villasimius ad est. La visita a Cagliari è d'obbligo. Le colline/montagne sono a ridosso della casa, quindi la sera l'aria si rinfresca rendendo il clima molto gradevole. I padroni di casa sono sempre disponibili, ospitali ma mai invadenti, persone veramente piacevoli. Grazie ad Alessandra e Carlo, speriamo di poter essere ancora vostri ospiti in futuro.

Great rental!!

We had plenty of room, inside and out. It was nice and quiet. There was a supermarket around the corner. There are lots of interesting things to see in Southern Sardinia. The owners, Alessandra and Carlo were the perfect hosts. Very helpful. I would certainly recommend this property!!

urlaub in Suedsardinein

wir haben unseren urlaub auf sardinien sehr genossen. die wohnung liegt fuer die erkundung des Suedens gut, ist alledings ein reines Wohngebiet und dadurch weg vom typischen urlaubsgeschehn. Fuer urlauber, die sich gerne rundum selbst versorgen ideal. Die Ausstattung ist ok, manche Dinge des taeglichen Gebrauch koennten in besserem Zustand sein und sollten unbedingt ausgetauscht werde. Großzügige Unterkunft in der Nähe von Cagliari

Wir haben drei Tage in dieser großzügigen Unterkunft verbracht. Sie liegt zentral aber ruhig in einer hübschen Wohngegend, aber nur ca. 25 Kilometer von Cagliari bzw. vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Betreuung von Besitzer Carlo war toll. Er gab uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung . Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Best Hollidays in Sardegna

Meine Freunde und ich waren sehr entzückt von der unterkunft! Trotz ziemlich Zentraler Lage, hatten wir total unsere Ruhe. Auch der Hund hatte super Auslauf, auf einer grössen gepflegten Wiese. Und zu guter letzt sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieter! Keine Frage, ich würde direkt noch ein 2. Mal auf besuch gehen. :)
