Tired and dated

The apartment is tired and dated and not in that good an area for getting about in London. You need to taxi to nearest tube/train station.

Thank you for your Review. The Apartment is on Westferry Road E14. A 10-15 mins to Canary wharf Station. 10mins walk to Island Gardens DLR. You don't need to taxi unless you find up to 15mins walk a chore. There are several buses in front of the property that is 3 -4 stops by bus to the nearest station. We've never had anyone complain about the distance or transportation . The property is not tired or dated, it as just been newly refurbished with new outdoor terrace with a Flower wall feature and outdoor furnitures, new bathrooms, new kitchen. The person writing this review did not stay or present at the property so it's not an accurate review. We try our best to provide a comfortable spacious apartment you don't find often in London .

Wonderful customer service! Great Rooms.

We were originally set to stay in the Venus House but due to a miscommunication with Home Away we ended up in 2 different apartments. Tai is a great manager. She was so helpful in getting us settled. Home away made a mistake and Tai took care of us anyway. More than anything I am impressed by her. Thank you Tai!! We were a party of 14. We stayed in a lovely apartment on the river and in a townhouse. I wish I knew the names. The apartment by the river was beautiful. Lots of space and plenty of room for a large group. Easy access to the river with a lovely trail. The townhouse was a little smaller but in a great location by the space museum. Both were easily accessed by the bus system and had grocery stores nearby. Great neighborhoods. We would come back to again!
