The Pelagic Blue is an extraordinary beachfront home located right on County Highway 30A! It is one of the largest homes, at 5,800 square feet, on the west end of 30A. No other 30A property offers you this much space or the same panoramic gulf views! The private pool deck adds extra entertainment space with an in-ground pool, a built-in grill, and a pergola. The Pelagic Blue offers seven spacious bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms accommodating 18 guests.

The beach-front location, directly on the Gulf of Mexico is central to the experience you'll have at The Pelagic Blue. A back patio and pool, along with a private boardwalk down to the beach make it easy to enjoy the Gulf. To top it off, guests will be entitled to the 100 feet of private beach! Three stories of balcony space also provide great vantage points for observing the beautiful Gulf views. The home is also right across the street from Stinky's Fish Camp – one of the best restaurants on 30A.

Like all Five Star Properties' rentals, The Pelagic Blue is professionally decorated and furnished with high-end furniture. The three-story home has three living areas (one on each floor) with soaring 18-foot ceilings. Huge LCD flat screen TVs are placed in the living area and every bedroom. On the third floor, there is a wet bar ideal for prepping drinks and appetizers. On the second floor, double lanai doors allow open-air views of the Gulf and the pool. The structure makes it appear as if the waves are breaking right under you, making this a one-of-a-kind vacation home.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Pelagic Blue by Five Star Properties. Everything was nicely appointed and there was plenty of room for our extended family of 8 adults and 6 small kids. Highly recommend this location and house!

My retirement celebration

Seven adults and 3 small children to celebrate my 42 years of flying for Air Force and Delta. Plenty of room in a spectacular house, right on the beach. Great location, everything as advertised. Elevator made moving in and out easy, beverage fridge on main floor a great touch. A nice cool pool after the beach was a treat I’ve never enjoyed at other houses. 5 star everywhere. Thanks

Pictures do not do it justice!!!

Everything about the house and location are absolutely perfect. The only thing we wished was that they had some kitchen staples like salt pepper and sugar. Having at least a few packets of each for the first day would have been helpful. These were items we didn’t think about on our trip to the store but other than that the place is perfect. Decor and comfort were surely thought of when building this home. The beds are perfect and the beach was perfect. There was a stipulation about the pool needing to be paid for heat and trust me it needed the heat as the water was colder than the ocean and by the time we figured this all out the management company said it would not be until the following day the water would be warm and with a short stay we were not able to use the pool. Honestly with what is paid to rent this house the heater shouldn’t be a separate charge and be on in the colder months. So trust us if you are staying in those months have the pool heated if you expect to use it.

Amazing Beachfront Home!

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a very good experience. The location is great—an easy walk to the beach, with beautiful views from decks on all three floors. The beach is mostly private with soft, white sand, and the beach chair service was a nice touch.There’s plenty of space for different groups to hang out separately, which worked well for our group. Bedrooms and bathrooms were mostly good-sized, though the rooms without views were definitely smaller and had limited closet space. The decor is pleasant, if not particularly memorable.Parking was sufficient for our group, though a bit of musical cars was occasionally needed to get in and out. The elevator was a big help for luggage and made arrival and departure much easier.The kitchen had plenty of dishes, etc., but felt a bit tight for the number of people the house can accommodate. There are two refrigerators, which was helpful, but it was still tricky to fit a full week's worth of food. A few expected kitchen gadgets were missing, so it's worth bringing anything essential.The pool is modest but served its purpose just fine. Some of the furniture and fixtures are showing signs of wear, though most were comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance issues during our stay, but the rental company was responsive and handled them quickly.Overall, this home would offer a great experience for groups looking for great beach access, lovely views, and multpile areas to relax.

Annual Family Spring Break

The home & location were great! Having direct access to the “private beach” was unbelievable. The beach itself was fantastic - the sand was the best for walking, running or playing catch. Only complaint for the property was the lack of attention to details related to: no propane in tank for grill, breaker kept tripping when accessing outside porch lights and only one full size refrigerator (small refrigerator on third floor) so no where for waters, drinks of choice or additional ice. Would definitely consider the property again in the future.

Wonderful vacation

This house was everything we hoped it would be and more. The view is so amazing with the living room completely opening up to the porch - makes you feel like you’re right on the water itself. The access down to the beach was so easy and it was great having the beach chairs and umbrellas set up right in front of the house everyday. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so big, rain shower heads, comfy beds, felt so luxurious. It was great having 3 levels which allowed those that had to do some remote work to not be where the little ones were playing. Kitchen has a lot of accessories and the grill was great. Only suggestion would be a small size non stick pan, some more non-plastic wine glasses and some scissors. Loved our stay and plan to come again! Having the use of the paddle boards and bikes was great too!

Winter sunshine

We had a great one week stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was gorgeous. The availability of the beach was wonderful and the heated pool was perfect for the cooler February days. If I had any complaints it would be to provide extra kitchen towels. We wound up buying a lot of extra food and condiments for our stay and had to throw them away , which was sad. We cooked a lot of great meals, went out to the local restaurants and walked miles of beach. A wonderful vacation for us coming from the northern plains. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful House but some helpful hints

This house is really nice and clean, but it’s close to a public beach access and your “private” beach area will be taken over. They need a sign or something out there. The AC on second floor stated at 75. The freezer was broken and the refrigerator was not holding it’s temp ( we used a cooler). The elevator would periodically stop working and our daughter is handicapped which was hard to tackle the 3 flights of stairs. I may stay here again if they address some of the issues.

we we’re here for family wedding and the house was amazing. We had 18 of us and there was so much space for everyone. Bathrooms were huge! The location was perfect and the we had best view of beach!
