Beautiful detached villa located in the village of Vale de Parra (close to Albufeira), with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa has a private pool, WiFi, TV and DVD player, air conditioning and is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy a home from home experience. Villa Laranjeira is wonderfully situated for you to enjoy easy access to local restaurants, wonderful golf courses, supermarkets, stunning beaches and the Algarve Shopping centre.

Villa Laranjeira living space is spread mainly over two floors. The ground floor has no steps and so is fully accessible. The ground floor consists of living room, kitchen, utility room, dining room, one double bedroom and one bathroom with bath and shower over bath. The private pool (which can be heated for an additional weekly fee of EUR 150) and garden area are accessed directly from the living room or kitchen and again there are no steps. Stairs lead to the first floor which consists of three double bedrooms (one of which are en suite and also have access to a balcony which overlooks the pool, garden, terrace and BBQ area). There is also a main family bathroom with large bath and overhead shower. Stairs lead from the first floor to the upper floor where you will find a roof terrace to enjoy beautiful views to include a sea view! From the ground floor stairs lead down to the basement where you will find a fully equipped snooker room and bar area. Villa Laranjeira is gated and has parking for up to four cars.

Villa Laranjeira is located within the quiet neighbourhood of Vale de Parra, close to Guia and Galé, but with easy access to local amenities. Local coffee shops, restaurants and mini market is only a 5 min walk and the closest beach, Praia da Galé is only 1.8km (5 min drive). The stunning beaches of Praia do Evaristo and Praia dos Arrifes are both within 5km. The airport is only a 35 min drive. For golf lovers, you are spoilt for choice as Salgados is less than 1km. A little further afield are a host of other courses such as Amendoeira, Pine Cliffs or Balaia as well as the courses of Vilamoura (approx 30 min drive). For a choice of nightlife Albufeira Old Town or strip are only a 5 min drive away where you will find restaurants and bars aplenty. Vilamoura is only a 30 min drive where you will find a beautiful marina, surrounded by exquisite restaurants. Local attractions such as Aqualand, Zoomarine, Crazyworld and numerous vineyards are no more than a 10-15 min drive away.

All areas of the villa, except the maid's store and garage, are fully accessible to guests.

As hosts, we are fully contactable however, we also employ the services of a local management company who are on hand to help with enquiries/problems and are also able to purchase discounted tickets for local attractions and make taxi reservations or airport transfers.
