In the heart of the historic centre of Polignano a Mare, Casa Reina is a typical Apulian seaside village house. Centrally located, it is close to the famous Piazza San Benedetto and near one of the ten most famous restaurants in the world, the Grotta Palazzese. The house is a 5-minute walk from Piazza dell’Orologio with its lively bars and restaurants, a 2-minute walk from the town’s famous panoramic sea-view terraces and a 5-minute walk from Polignano’s lovely beach. Just renovated, Casa Reina is comfortably fitted and perfect for a couple, a family, or a four-person holiday.
Casa Reina has a charming exterior stone staircase leading to an open-plan living-dining area, a modern kitchen and a stone fireplace. On the second floor, a hallway, fitted with a walk-in closet, leads to a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is a twin bedroom, bathroom and shower. The house, decorated in blue and white and traditionally furnished, has large windows and is bathed in light.
On the roof a secluded sea-view terrace overlooks Polignano’s historic centre. The terrace has a delightful dining and seating area, complete with its own small kitchen and fridge - perfect for an alfresco life. The wi-fi signal in the area of this property is often weak or absent.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

Polignano offers natural beauty and old world charm.

Casa Reina is a quaint, four level house tucked away in the historical centre. Quiet and private inside, but only metres away from two charming piazzas. The bottom floor main living and kitchen area is very cosy and not very comfortable for more than a couple of people at a time. The cleaner of the house, Natalie, was wonderfully helpful, attending to our requests and concerns throughout our one month stay. I was a little disappointed that even though our entire booking process via email had been with Emanuela, we didn’t once meet with her. It really made things feel as though we were dealing with an agency and not the owner of the property.

A beautifully appointed 3 floor apartment, short walk to main piazza, great restaurants and bars. Breezy rooftop terrace. Air conditioned bedrooms. Short walk to the sea.
