Villa Liberty B&B - Tiffany Junior Suite - Vintage Style

Villa with garden built in the Art Nouveau period, which develops on two floor levels. It is located 400 m from the railway station, 400 m from the historic center and 850 m from the sea. The Tiffany Junior Suite is on the first floor, measuring 25 square meters and is divided into: entrance hall, bedroom, bathroom. BEDROOM. It has a double bed and a single bed and can accommodate up to three people. The floor is in 50's grit tiles; the furniture (bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair) is perfectly restored from the 1950s. The equipment, systems and services of the bedroom are: 2 large windows (with double glazing which ensures excellent thermal and acoustic insulation) equipped with shutters and roller blinds; radiator heating system; air conditioning with production of cold and hot air; tv 32 ''; mini-bar; safe; Wifi. BATHROOM. It has a large window; sanitary ware (toilet, bidet and sink); bath and shower over bath; hairdryer; towel sets; courtesy products such as terry slippers, single-dose shampoo and foam bath, hair cap etc. BREAKFAST. The rich breakfast is served in a large room on the ground floor furnished with national walnut furniture, the work of a famous local cabinetmaker. It is served on time, established by the Guest, between 8 and 10. The Italian breakfast includes: milk, coffee, tea, fruit juices, smoothies and fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, panna cotta, butter, jam, toast, croissants and hot sandwiches, homemade cakes. Alternatively or in addition we offer cold cuts, dairy products, omelettes and hot croutons. INCLUDED IN THE RATE. Daily room and bathroom cleaning; change of linen every three days; bicycles; copier, printer and scanner; shuttle service from / to the railway station. SERVICES ON REQUEST. Shuttle from / to Pesaro railway station and from / to Rimini or Ancona airports. NOTE. The maximum number of people that can be hosted is 3, regardless of their age. The single bed can be replaced by a cot with sides. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. Animals are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the building. Check-in after 3pm (please call one hour before arrival). Check-out by 10:30 am.
