nice apartment on the first floor with large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. about 70m2 in the historic center of Maderno, very close to services (bakery, butcher, supermarkets) and not far from the lake. In an ancient lemon house, in a quiet and exclusive oasis.
the residence is located in a unique context, an oasis of peace and tranquility immersed in nature. A beautiful garden with olive trees and wonderful flowers and bougainvillea; an ancient lemon house. A magnificent swimming pool with whirlpool complete this context. The apartment is about 70 m2 on the first floor, with a living room with kitchen, bedroom and bedroom (with bunk beds) and a large bathroom. Very large habitable balcony. independent entrance. Exclusive underground garage. Guests have access to the garden and the swimming pool (the latter based on the scheduled times) I will gladly welcome guests personally, welcoming them to our apartment! ferries to the main lake destinations and regular buses to the other towns on Lake Garda

A very nice appartment in a scenic location

The appartment is part of a very nice condominium with a lovely garden and a fantastic swimming pool. Located in a beautiful part of old town Toscolano Maderno, you feel you are in the heart of real Italia. Appartment is very functional, sufficient for 2+2 family. It has a quite big terrace where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful view on garden. We really enjoyed the stay. Besides going to the beach and swimming in the Garda lake, we did a lot of activities close to our location, like biking, hiking the mountains, windsurfing and sightseeing. Definitely worth coming back!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. 10 min Fussweg zum See. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls fußläufig. Gute Abwicklung beim checkin/checkout. Tolle, sehr große Terrasse. Garten mit Pool wunderschön. Im September nicht viel los. Nette Vermieterin. Ich kann die Wohnung absolut empfehlen

Wunderbare Wohnung mit Traum Pool!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mitten in der malerischen Altstadt von Maderno gelegen. Ein Bäcker und Metzger sind direkt nebenan und diverse Restaurants sowie der See sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist angenehm groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist komplett überdacht und sehr groß. Ein Traum ist der riesige Pool im traumhaften Garten. Für Paare oder Familien mit Kindern ideal! Die super freundliche Vermieterin Alessia ist jederzeit erreichbar und gern bei Fragen oder Problemen behilflich. Fazit: Diese Wohnung ist ein Perle und wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Gute Lage, ruhig und zugleich zentral im Ort, sehr gepflegt, empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt mitten in Maderno, der See ist ohne weiteres zu Fuß erreichbar. Zugleich kann man ganz für sich sein, auch an dem sehr gepflegten Pool.

Appartamento accogliente, comodo, e luminoso, è Inserito in un bellissima e silenziosa residenza. Bella anche la piscina! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
