- Very refined CASALE 2- to 7 people (photo from 06 to 15) with air conditioning, inside an elegant villa of Salento surrounded by about 10 hectares of land, allows you to fully enjoy the flavors of the countryside between Olivi , Citrus fruits, Fruits and Vegetables all strictly organic. On the back side the property has a characteristic farm and a strictly organic vegetable garden, of a unique goodness and freshness, that we owners make available to guests. The farmhouse furnished with precious antique furniture consists of a living room with a characteristic kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and an exclusive large porch. We also have a characteristic studio (photos from No. 16 to No. 21) for 2 to 4 people of about 90 square meters, furnished in a very refined with living room with well-kept kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and 2 sofa beds from 1 square and 1/2, bathroom with shower.

The staff speaks only Italian, the owners are nice and friendly, but the dad who lives next door is very pushy and constantly instructs you on how to use the air conditioning and how to sort the rubbish. The location is well maintained, clean

Schönes Haus, nette Leute, toller Urlaub

Wir wurden herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Soweit wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, wurden sie zuvorkommend und prompt erledigt. Das Verhältnis war sehr freundschaftlich und wo bekommt man sonst Orangen und Granatäpfel frisch vom Baum angeboten. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komfortabel.

Un joli séjour

Propriétaires chaleureux et accueillants. La dépendance etait pleine de charme bien qu'elle n'etait pas vraiment prevu pour accueillir un groupe de 10 personnes, plus de photo ms dans l annonce serait appréciable... je recommande plutot pour 4 ou 6 personnes maximum. Seul petit probleme, le frigo ne fonctionne pas tres bien nous avons eu du mal a conserver nos courses, et les plombs sautes assez souvent si on utilise trop d'electromenager... Malgré cela, nos hotes ont été tres reactifs, nous ont bien conseillés sur les environs et nous avons passé un bon séjours !

Un bel momento in un posto meraviglioso con belle persone

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto. Eravamo in un posto stupendo, sembrava un’oasis, un bel giardino con tanti belli alberi e il piacere di mangiare la frutta sugli alberi, di andare a raccogliere la verdura nel orto e di mangiare le Uova delle loro galline! Tutto ciò messo a disposizione gratuitamente! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, Romina e Marcello sono persone generose, riempite d’amore per gli altri, sempre pronte a satisfare le domande dei loro ospiti. La casa affitata aveva molto « charme », ben arredata con tutte le comodità. Eravamo tanto bene che siamo rimasti due giorni in più! Abbiamo anche potuto godere la cena preparata da loro con un numero impressionnante di pasti locali confezionati con tutto ciò che producono. Gerne immer wieder

Wir waren 3 Wochen bei Romina und Marcello und wohnten bei Ihnen in der Souterrain-Wohnung. Der Empfang war nach 25 Stunden fahrt sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Sie ist schön ausgestattet mit alten antiken Möbel und einer Klimaanlage die wir aber nur selten nutzten. Die Betten sind leider nur Schlafsofas und haben nur dünne Matratzen die nicht bequem sind. Der Hof ist mit sehr viele Mühe gestaltet worden, Amphoren, vielen Palmen und ein kleiner Kakteenpark. Im hinteren Teil des Hofes liegt ein Garten wo man sich beim Gemüse bedienen darf. Das Anwesen liegt auf einem großem Feld, wie eine kleine Oase, und ist sehr ruhig. Unserer Tochter hatte sehr viel Gefallen an den Katzen, die uns täglich besuchten und mit ihr kuschelten. Es ist nicht wie in einem Hotel. Wir bekamen erst bei Nachfrage neue Bettlaken und mussten sie auch selbst wechseln. Handtücher sind nicht vorhanden und man muss auch selber die Wohnung sauber machen. Eine Waschmaschine ist in einem anderen Ferienhaus und ist erst mit Absprache der dortigen Bewohner nutzbar. Das hätten wir uns bei einem 3 wöchigen Aufenthalt anders gewünscht. Die Romina bereitete einmal die Woche ein mehrgängiges Menü mit traditionellen Essen, es war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Wir dachten nur das wir eingeladen wären, dem war nicht so. Ein paar Tage später kam Marcello vorbei und wollte pro Person 25€ für das Essen. Das ist kein Problem gewesen, aber es wäre schön gewesen hätte man davor bescheid gewusst. Wir haben in den 3 Wochen ganz Salento mit dem Auto abgegrast und es war sehr schön.

Ein italienischer Traum!

Ein Anwesen wie aus einer Filmkulisse! Es ist einfach traumhaft schön und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail von den herzlichen Besitzern erschaffen worden! Wir wurden immer wieder mit Obst, Gemüse, frischem selbstgemachtem Käse, Milch und Eiern verwöhnt! Ein Auto ist jedoch absolut empfehlenswert, um die schönen Städte und Strände der Umgebung besuchen zu können! Das etwas außerhalb für sich liegende Hofgut ist komplett von einer Mauer umgeben, so dass man den Kindern sorglos freien Lauf geben kann. Wir können uns nur auf das herzlichste bei Romina und Marcello für diese wirklich schöne und entspannte Zeit bedanken!!

A lovely house with friendly and accommodating hosts

The house was in the secure grounds of the owner's own property and smallholding. Marcello and Romina were very welcoming and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The house was very well appointed. The situation was very convenient for accessing all the beautiful places in Salento. Romina cooked us all a fantastic meal featuring many dishes of the locality and using all their own produce. The only slight drawbacks were intermittent hot water from the showers and a very small communal living area although in the summer that would not matter as it would be warm enough to be outside. The evenings in march were a bit chilly.

Herzlicher geht es nicht!!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem gepflegten Anwesen. Die Herzlichkeit beim Empfang durch Romina, die Hausherrin, sprengt die Vorstellungskraft des eher kühlen Norddeutschen. (Da muss man sich wirklich anschnallen, um nicht umgehauen zu werden) Die Freude mit der die Familie das Anwesen betreibt, spiegelt sich uneingeschränkt in der Wohnung und im Umgang mit den Gästen- Wirklich beeindruckend. Die Location ist gut für Erkundungsfahrten in die Umgebung und Apulien geeignet. Malerische Strände und Küstenorte gibt es da zu sehen. Romina und Marcello haben viele Tips parat. Wer Glück hat, kann am gemeinsamen Abendessen mit Köstlichkeiten aus der Region und aus eigener Herstellung teilnehmen. Wir haben dabei einen tollen Abend verbracht. Es waren sehr schöne Tage und wir haben wirklich nichts, was zu kritisieren wäre.

Un environnement paysagé et animalier de ferme

Les enfants peuvent approcher les animaux de la ferme avec des propriétaires attentifs. Un décorum extérieur très agréable arboré. Les propriétaires très attentifs au moindre doléance. Des logements plutôt baroques, un peu austères (vieux tableaux, meubles du début du 20ème siècle), un manque de de fenêtres pour l'un des deux mais pour l'autre, une terrasse d'été chaleureuse.

Natura e Relax

Dopo quasi 800km di viaggio, chiamiamo Marcello, per avere le indicazioni giuste per "VILLA ROMINA", indicazioni perfette, arriviamo davanti ad una villa e sembra essere arrivati in un'oasi nella prima periferia di Copertino. Suoniamo e ci vengono incontro i proprietari Marcello e Romina, già dal primo impatto sembrano essere 2 persone super accoglienti, ci accompagnano nel nostro appartamento, appena l'abbiamo visto siamo rimasti senza parole, perché non credevamo di poter avere una casa così bella per la nostra vacanza e che loro con una casa così potessero accogliere anche i nostri 2 cani. Oltre alla casa stupenda c'era anche un giardino curatissimo di piante stupende di cui potevamo sfruttare per i nostri cani. Non parliamo della cena Salentina fatta da Romina con tutti prodotti coltivati e allevati da loro super genuini. Una famiglia che credevo non esistessero più,nonostante la loro giovane età vivono con quello che la loro terra produce con l'aiuto anche dei 2 figli Francesco e Giuseppe. Abbiamo soggiornato solo 10 giorni, ma abbiamo già fermato per 15 giorni per l'anno prossimo... Consigliatissimo....

Vacanza bellissima

Una vacanza bellissima in un posto bellissimo. Con mia moglie e i miei due bambini abbiamo trascorso una settimana veramente rilassante in una tenuta curatissima. Marcello e Romina sono sempre stati premurosi e gentili, mettendoci a disposizione orto e frutteto. La casa è molto accogliente ed anche gli spazi esterni, dove i bambini possono giocare liberamente e vedere gli animali allevati. La cena di Romina e Marcello è stata deliziosa cucinata con tutti i prodotti della loro terra. La posizione della tenuta è ottima per visitare tutto il Salento ed i due mari facendo percorsi non troppo lunghi in auto. Consigliato ed un saluto ed un abbraccio a Marcello, Romina, Giuseppe e Francesco. A presto Roberto

Wenn man nicht unbedingt das Meer vor der Tür braucht, gehts nicht genialer

Wir haben zehn Tage bei Marcello und Romina und ihren Kindern und all ihren Tieren verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Anwesen gleicht einem Park, es ist alles sehr familiär ohne aufdringlich zu sein, die Ruhe ist einzigartig und die Unterkunft urgemütlich. Also wer gerne herzliche Menschen um sich hat, Tiere mag und nicht unbedingt das Meer direkt vor der Nase braucht, ist hier total richtig. Ist auch ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ohne Auto gehts allerdings gar nicht, dafür hat man Ruhe pur und ringsum weit und breit ein Paradies. Danke, danke Marcello und Romina, es war toll!!!! Wir haben auch selten so gut gegessen, wie bei Euch!

Beautiful property, excellent hosts

We had the pleasure of staying 6 nights in this lovely home near Copertino, enjoying the hospitality of 2 excellent hosts who understand how to make guests feel welcome. The villa and its garden are absolutely magnificent, beautifully designed and well maintained. Despite our lack of Italian skills, we managed to communicate with the owners, who we could ask for anything we needed though we would have preferred if certain necessary items were already part of the apartments inventory. One of the highlights was a fabulous dinner, which made us feel like being part of an Italian family. The location is ideally situated for trips to the south of Puglia. Italian (Google Translate): Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare 6 notti in questa bella casa nei pressi di Copertino, godendo dell'ospitalità di 2 ospiti eccellenti che capiscono come far sentire gli ospiti i benvenuti. La villa e il suo giardino sono assolutamente magnifico, ben progettato e ben mantenuto. Nonostante la nostra mancanza di competenze italiane, siamo riusciti a comunicare con i proprietari, che abbiamo potuto chiedere qualsiasi cosa abbiamo bisogno anche se avremmo preferito se certi elementi necessari erano già parte dell'inventario appartamenti. Uno dei punti forti era una cena favolosa, che ci ha fatto sentire come essere parte di una famiglia italiana. La posizione è situato in posizione ideale per escursioni a sud della Puglia.

Soggiorno fantastico!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due settimane e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! L'appartamento era esattamente come presentato nella descrizione, quindi assolutamente accogliente, ben curato in tutti i suoi particolari e pulitissimo. I padroni di casa sono state persone favolose in quanto ci hanno messo fin da subito a nostro agio con la loro simpatia e disponibilità. Sono stati fondamentali nella scelta delle spiagge da visitare in quanto ogni giorno ci consigliavano, in base al vento, in quale andare.... mitici i consigli di Marcello!! Romina, invece, ci ha deliziati con le sue cenette prelibate cucinate interamente da lei con i loro prodotti. Insomma, la consiglio a chiunque voglia stare a contatto con la natura in tranquillità ma contemporaneamente essere a pochi km da tutti i posti di maggior interesse(spiagge e città). Concludo dicendo che ci siamo sentiti a casa e per questo ringraziamo di cuore Marcello,Romina e i loro figli!

Dès notre arrivée, très bon accueil de Marcello et Romina, les propriétaires. Marcello nous a fait faire le tour de Copertino pour nous repérer, et voir les commerces. Romina, fait visiter son potager, proposer en libre service autant que nous voulions. De plus tout les légumes et fruits son Bio. Très beau décors, planté d'oliviers et de nombreuses plantes et fleur. Gens très charmants et d'une serviabilité sans comparaison. Je donne donc 4 étoiles, et recommande ce gîte.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane spettacolari e intense,indescrivibile l'accoglienza di Romina e Marcello. Ci hanno trattato come persone di famiglia viziandoci con le loro prelibateze: latte,frutta ecc.. La casa ha superato le nostre aspettative ,curata nei minimi dettagli.
