Comfortable, it enjoys absolute calm and a spectacular panoramic and breathtaking view. Warm and cozy, chalet-style, with mezzanine, the 3.5-room apartment, 62 m2 for 5 people, has 2 closed bedrooms and 1 sleeping area.
Fully equipped (high speed WIFI, HD TV, dishwasher), it offers a magnificent view of the Val d'Anniviers. 1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed (1 mattress 160cm × 200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 mattress 100cm on the mezzanine. Living room with sofa and armchairs, HD flat screen TV 160 channels, 1 Blu-ray player. Kitchen, dishwasher, 3 hot plates, oven, fridge. Bathroom with bath, WC and sink. With balcony-terrace and private garage-box. Ski-room and washing machine in the building.

Cleaning is to be done by you. Cleaning possible by an agency on request one week in advance against a supplement of 120 Euros.
Bed and bath linens are not provided. Rental possible on request one week in advance against a supplement of 35 Euros per person.

In winter, the St-Luc / Chandolin ski area stretches between 1650 and 3000 meters above sea level and has 75 km of ski slopes as well as a snowpark (next to the Tignousa ski lift).
It is also an ideal area for families and guaranteed snow cover all season. 90% of the slopes are located between 2000 and 3000 m.

Belle semaine ensoleillée joli appartement cosi avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Le boitier pour la clé est difficile d'accès pas d'éclairage . Lit à étage pas évident de monter lit supérieur. A recommander bonne situation.

petit appartement chaleureux, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et avons trouvé tout ce qui est nécessaire. le cadre était magnifique avec des quantités de neige impressionnantes! à refaire peut-être en été pour découvrir les sentiers pédestres. Pas bien compris le réglage du radiateur du salon derrière l'escalier. Pour les autres pas de problème.
