Great experience in villa Danza!!lovely house, beautiful pool, exceptional sea view and we could walk to the beach instead of driving: no price for that! Overall the villa is really comfortable, we had anything we need. Our check in agent waited for us at the villa and she made a lovely welcoming explaining us everything we needed to know. She and the agency were at our disposal all the time with lots of kindness. We had some issues with the air con, since it was really hot outside and we overloaded the machines by keeping them at too low a temperature, sorry for that!They have sent someone straight away to help us by fixing them!many thanks for the quick assistance!!

Beautiful villa but be aware of the extra costs.

Overall the villa was beautiful and a perfect, stunning setting. The issue is with the added extras - bed linen, towels, pool towels, high chairs,tourist tax, electric. I've never had these extras when renting before. I didn't feel comfortable paying for the rental fees and then these extras direct to the management company. I would have preferred to have all payments go through VRBO. This is a high end villa but was let down with minimal kitchen cloths, toilet paper, dish washer tablets etc. These things didn't spoil our holiday but were a distraction.

A quelques pas de la mer, cette villa est vraiment charmante. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, mon mari et moi nous avons aimé le style de la maison. La division en deux unités, sur deux niveaux, offre une certaine intimité et autonomie difficile à trouver , même si nous étions plus amis ensemble et chacun avec sa famille! La prochaine fois, nous resterons au moins deux semaines !

Family reunion post covid

Overall the villa suited our needs with regards to location & accommodation. The agent was not there to meet us at the villa as had been previously arranged. When finally let in the cleaning staff were still working although this was now past 4pm. we had arrived at 1pm 10 adults & 3 babies. The agent was extremely unhelpful in showing us around. the next day a compressor broke down which resulted in 2 out of the 6 bedrooms having no air condition when it was around 35 degrees plus every day. At the end of our 14 day stay, the compressor had still not been repaired. There were numerous times where people were sent to try to resolve the problem often at awkward times, (dinner time or when babies were sleeping) but to no avail. The owner was told there was only one solution, a new compressor but he wouldn't agree to that. We had to purchase fans at our own expense. On check out, we were accused of not properly recycling the garbage even though we had photos to show we had done exactly as required. We then asked for a refund for the 2 bedrooms that were advertised as having air conditioned but did not. that was based on the rental price. This was refused & a very minimum sum was offered but even that was reduced by the very huge sum of electricity & water charged. Beware of renting a villa that does not include these as you can be charged anything at the end of your stay & there is nothing you can do to dispute it. there is no way of proving what your party has actually used. In the end, what should have been a family reunion after being separated for 3 years ended with a bad taste. there was a lot of wasted time spent on phone calls to the agency, time with repair people & letters written. The Agency could & should have done better especially for a big group with babies & a 14 day stay. Very very expensive stay that certainly did not warrant the rate we paid as well as the lack of attention & service.

Het is een prachtige villa en de ligging is fenomenaal.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze villa. Het was comfortabel en schoon. Op ruim een half uurtje rijden vanuit Olbia. In de directe omgeving heb je verscheidene mogelijkheden voor dagtripjes.

Stunning location!

It is definitely a place I advice to visit. Fabulous house with large green garden and just about on the sea. Interior design is accurate and elegant, super clean and high quality with the most gorgeous view of the Mediterranean sea. Beeing there it is already an experience, we and our friends loved sitting outside at night beside the pool and under the stars. We were warmly welcomed. Can’t wait to go back again!

Erstaunliche Villa und Orte!

Eine sehr elegante Villa, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, ordentlich und sauber. Kurz gesagt, eine gute Wahl. Die Orte, die es umgeben, sind einfach wunderbar. Die Farben des Meeres und der unvergesslichen Natur. Der Strand, den man zu Fuß von der Villa aus erreichen kann, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, heißt Salina Bamba, ist wunderschön, aber es gibt viele andere schöne, die man erkunden kann. Sardinien Unbegrenzt haben Sie wirklich schöne Villen an Traumorten!
