Villa Simo - Maenam - Koh Samui

The Villa is located 600 meters far from Maenam's beach and it is fully equipped with all comforts like a private swimming-pool, kitchen, laundry, living room, air conditioning in all internal areas, bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, DVD player, safe box , LCD TV, free parking and free unlimited Wi-Fi internet access. In just 15 minutes by car or by motorbike, you can reach the busy areas of Chaweng or Bophut, famous for their sandy beaches, nightlife, bars, restaurants, and shopping.
Airport round transfers are included into our rate: breakfast is not included.
We offer to our guests nr. 1 double room with king size bed & nr. 1 single room with standard bed.
Upon request, we can add for free a camp-bed for a kid into the double room.
Max. Occupancy: 3 adults & 1 kid.
Available on site at Thai / International restaurant, a bar, a fitness room and a very nice SPA.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
