Private house in the center with free parking (block of 2 appartments)

Fully renovated two bedroom house in a quiet street only 5 minute walk from the center of the city and the central bus station and 10 minute walk from the Old Venetian Harbor. We have two appartments in the same private property, with common small garden around it.
Nearest beach, Nea Chora, with its picturesque fish taverns is less than 1km away. A children's park, shops and supermarkets are less than five minute walking distance.
Accommodation includes : Two bedrooms (2 double rooms) that can be suited to your specific needs, a dining room with a living room area and a kitchen, all fully renovated in accordance with the traditional mid-60s architecture of the original villa.
Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. The accommodation also includes free wifi and parking.

Great location

Great location and a clean place to stay. It had a major ant problem in the kitchen (killed hundreds) and we wish it had a garbage can (probably a large cause of the ant problem).

Schönes Haus in Innenstadtlage

Schönes Haus in Innenstadtlage, schöne Sitzecke im Außenbereich mit angenehmer automatischer abendlicher Beleuchtung durch mehrere Solarlichterketten. Strand, Hafen, Altstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Geräumige drei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit gut funktionierender separat regelbarer Klimaanlage. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, enthält aber eine kostenlos nutzbare Waschmaschine. Keine Mikrowelle, keine Spülmaschine, ansonsten alles notwendige vorhanden in der Küche. Großer Kühlschrank mit drei Tiefkühlfächern. Toilettenpapier, Kaffeefilter, Küchenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Duschgel, Seife etc. in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Alles war gut organisiert. Wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden.
