Ploony Hill Lodge is a charming log cabin situated near the village of Knighton in Powys. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size, and a twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned enclosed garden with patio, furniture, barbecue, and a pizza oven hut. Situated in a scenic location and surrounded by countryside, Ploony Hill Lodge is an excellent retreat in a desirable part of Wales.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned enclosed garden with patio, furniture, charcoal BBQ, a pizza oven hut. Hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7.5 miles and pub 2 miles (currently closed). Ploony Hill Cabin is situated 100m up the hill from this property. Note: Cottage accessed by 1 mile drive, not suitable for low-suspension cars. Please note: Electric car charging is not permitted at this property. Please note a starter pack of firewood will be provided but the owner will be unable to provide any extra firewood during the stay. Please note: If this property is unavailable then please check if 1055053 (Ploony Hill Cabin) which is on the same site but secluded. Note: Property can be booked alongside properties 1055053, 926667 and 1055054.

Town: Bleddfa is a small quiet village in the rolling hills of Radnorshire, on the edge of Radnor Forest with walks through the village to a view point above. A lovely village, with a quaint pub, just a short drive from the popular market town of Knighton, which is situated on Offa's Dykes, opening up walking along the border and into the countryside of the Shropshire Hills AONB dotted with historic villages.

Relaxing and Homely

Stayed for 4 nights, the cabin was perfect for us, 3 adults, a teenager and a dog. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to have free roam outside without fear of him escaping. Hot tub was delicious, hot on arrival . Wine, milk and tea / coffee from host was a lovely touch. Cabin has everything needed, washing machine, drying facilities, hair dryer, iron, towels. Cabin was warm and private, we enjoyed the fire pit and selection of DVD’s and games. Our second stay at Ploony, would go again.
