The house is located close to the center and restaurants and grocery stores.The most important thing is that this place has parking in the courtyard of the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable.

We were a family of five and found the house very spacious for our needs.The house is in a fabulous location for walking to all Ponte Del Gada has to offer.With parking available,very rare !The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and needs as they arose during our 12 day stay.

Clean, convenient house in Ponta Delgada

The house was spacious and very clean and all 6 in our group were very comfortable!! We had space to park two small cars off-street, which was very helpful. Getting to the city center by foot took 15-20 minutes and so we often used our cars (not all in our group could easily walk the distance), though parking there took some patience. Communicating with Bruno was very easy. Thanks to you, Bruno, and your family for providing such a nice place for our stay in Ponta Delgada!!

A large, convienent Ponta Delgada option

I stayed in the 'Garden House' for 3 nights in July, 2019 with 3 other adult family members. After several days in double bed hotel rooms, it was nice for each of us to have our own bedroom. The common areas are large and the private patio was a nice place to relax in the evening. The location is quite good. There is a small snack cafe across the street which is good for coffee and drinks. There is a small family-run market down on the corner which has many basic items. The coastal areas of the city, the farmer's market, restaurants, and a supermarket are all an easy walk away. Bruno was very easy to work and communicate with. We were able to check in on our own using the key he left in the lockbox. The only issue that may throw some folks off is that there are a lot of keys for the various doors and windows, but it is not too difficult to deal with.

Very clean and comfortable house

When we arrived, the cleaner showed us around and explained the complicated keys for us. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was well equipped. The house is located near several restaurants and has a private, off-street parking spot. Very convenient to the rest of the island.
