We have completely revisited the way in which we will welcome you, for Your safety and the safety of our staff, the apartment will be sanitized before your arrival and on your departure.

The location was wonderful!

The location was second to none. Check in process was simple. Communication with the owner was easy and she responded quickly. The only negative for us was the listing showed 4 beds and there were only 3. We had a lovely time in the apartment.

Location Location Location

We stayed in this beautiful three bedroom apartment in Rome over Easter Holiday and it was perfect. We arrived early and they accommodated our early check-in. We walked right outside the door to all the shopping and to the Spanish Steps. It was perfect. They even set up car service to the train station. It made for a perfect trip.

Great Spot!

This was the first of three spots in Italy for us this trip and it was Great. Paulo met us at the door and took us up to the apartment and gave us the full walk through. We arrived early in the morning but that was not a problem as they let us leave our bags and come back after the place had been cleaned. Great location near the Spanish Steps and walking distance from everything. The beds were comfortable and the place provided plenty of room for the three couples to have a bit of privacy when needed. I would stay here again.

Elegance in the Heart of Rome

For six nights this elegant flat became home for three couples vacationing in Rome. The apartment is beautifully decorated with every attention to detail and the comfort of the guests. It is spacious and well appointed. The location is fantastic; centrally located with great restaurants and shopping close by. Able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go to see all the sites of Rome. We all loved it and give it the highest review.

Pre-arrival communication was great. Just as described. At night the apartment was quiet and dark-just what we needed for a good rest. In the heart of everything. Recommended!

Elegant, central, clean!

5 STARS! The property is centrally located — only 4 mins. walk from the Spanish Steps, near all of the historic sites, and 1/2 block from Fendi & designers stores. I’ve traveled to Rome many times before and this was, hands down, the most elegant, convenient, and comfortable place I’ve stayed in. Your staff (who was armed with maps & recommendations upon arrival) was prompt, informative, and friendly. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Family of 6 Italian Holiday

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment in a great location! My husband and I traveled with our 4 adult children and we could not have picked a better spot. Maria was wonderful from the beginning and the apartment was immaculate with everything we could need. She arranged transportation from the airport for us and Steven was waiting when we arrived to make check-in smooth. We were a short walk from so many amazing spots in Rome, I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you to Maria for everything!

Terrific flat in Rome for a family! 100% recommended.

We stayed at this flat for the first 4 nights of a two-week trip to Italy and recommend it for families looking for a fantastic flat in a terrific location near the Spanish Steps. Maria and her entire staff were helpful with every request, from arranging an airport transfer to scheduling assistance on checkout for a transfer to the Hertz rental car location. The flat itself was perfect for our family of five. It is within 20 minutes walking distance to every major location in ancient Rome (Coliseum, Forum, Pantheon) and a quick ride to the Vatican. We have stayed in many rentals throughout Europe and this was one of our favorites.

Excellent location; 3rd floor; very quiet

Location was very close to Spanish Steps. Excellent quality air conditioning with separate controls in each bedroom and living space and kitchen. Superb heavy quality windows which kept out the street noise and morning sunlight. There is a grocery store within a one minute walk of the apartment. No problems with the WI-FI. Be prepared to carry your suitcase baggage up the multiple flights of stairs.

Fantastic apartment and location

This was our first time in Rome and we could not have had a better experience. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city and is walking distance to all the major attractions. There is great shopping and dining nearby and Piazza di San Lorenzo is just around the corner which had great cafes for morning coffee. The apartment is just as pictured and beautifully furnished with high end finishes. Exactly what you would expect for a luxury Italian getaway. We stayed with 2 other couples so the fact that there was 3 queen sized beds was a huge plus. FYI... only 2 of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. The bathroom for the 3rd bedroom was located across the hall which was not a big deal, but also not clear from the posting. Communication with the rental company was great including check in/out. They also arranged airport transfers and had great restaurant recommendations. Overall this place is a 10 out of 10.

Lovely spacious property in a wonderful location.

This is a magnificent apartment. It's wonderfully situated in easy walking distance to several attractions. The apartment is big and spacious with lovely quality finishes. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all of excellent size and quality. The property managers are wonderful. We were well looked after from the moment we booked by Maria Luisa. She pointed out several fun things to do with children in Rome, which helped us make the most of our stay. We were met at the property by Mario, who took time to understand our interests and point out some restaurants and experiences he thought would suit us. This was fantastic! Thank you! Being in the know about where the locals go for their coffee and what to order allowed us to experience Rome in a way we might not have otherwise. I can't speak highly enough of this fabulous place. If I'm ever back in Rome, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. It was a delightful experience.

Great location, many issues

The location was great, in the middle of everything. Maria was kind to arrange transportation from the airport to the apartment. But we had many issues that ruined some of our trip: 1. The greeter person changed and he wasn’t clear on how to do the trash. In fact, he was there to greet us and not assist during the whole time we were there. 2. On the first morning, the power went out in the building. No hot water for a shower, no Wi-Fi, literally no power for hours. 3. During the power outage, Maria then told us we needed to communicate with her and not the greeter. 4. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. 5. The shower drains didn’t drain and left it difficult to shower. Maria sent a handyman twice. Why should we be inconvenienced? 6. The apartment is noisy! You can hear people on the street, the cars, the trucks, and the noisy neighbors.

My family and I stayed here in May and were very impressed. Maria was fantastic in her communication prior to, during our stay and after departure. We were met at the doorstep by her associate that went over the apartment rules and provided keys. Check in and out were very easy. Having a large space and three separate baths was great. It was centrally located and in a good neighborhood. The Spanish steps were a few blocks away at the end of the street. Easy to walk to the many attractions nearby, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Piazza Navona and many more. There are a few flights to the apartment and no elevator. Not a problem for us, I just had my Son bring our luggage up. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, which we did not need as I did not cook. The listing says washer and dryer (one appliance that does both, wash and dry), but I think the unit has been changed as it appeared to be just a washer, or I could not figure out the dryer. Wifi worked well, but best in the living room. The apartment was very quiet and I never saw or heard any other tenets. Minimal street noise and the windows worked very well keeping the apartment quiet. My one and only recommendation is to not use the strong scented oil room freshener. It was quite strong. Opening the window helped. The Apartment was lovely and I would very much stay here again and highly recommend it. A great value. Donna Kavanaugh California USA 5/20-5/24/2018

Spanish Steps Awesome Property

Our family of 5 just finished our 3 night stay at this Spanish Steps property. Located in the heart of Rome where all key sites are a very easy and comfortable walk away. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and all amenities were upgraded and quite comfortable. Aside from the property and locale, Maria, who is your host is the best host I have ever engaged in all our VRBO stays. Her hospitality and responsiveness is outstanding and every point of contact with Maria was welcoming and very informative. Her willingness to assist in any logistics is above and beyond. You will not be disappointed in this property from your first point of contact to your last. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our return visit to Rome.

Great Location, Amenities and Service

Our stay in Italy was great. The location of this apartment is ideal with everything within walking distance, and no noise issues. Maria was a fantastic host, and made booking, and check-in a breeze. The only comment I would make is that the WIFI is not nearly strong enough. We were three ppl working from the apartment with difficulty at times. If you're coming to tourist, though, that shouldn't be an issue.

Perfection

This apartment is perfection! The apartment itself is well appointed, beautifully decorated and spacious. The location simply cannot be beat, with many of the most popular tourist attractions within walking distance. There are also numerous restaurants, grocery stores and boutiques nearby. Questions directed to the management team were answered rapidly and efficiently. I would definitely stay here again!
