Your Home in the heart of Naples' Historic Centre!

The super central location it's really priceless and although it's not wide is full equipped: heating, air conditioning, washing machine, oven and microwave, well-appointed with a modern italian style. Despite the central location is very quite. Suitable for singles, couples or families with children. We can put an additional bed in the double room to host 5 people but with restricted space of course. Casa San Marcellino is only 100 meters far from "Spaccanapoli" and very close to the most attractions of the city. Just beside the Federico II University. A Metro is 200 meters far and connect to the Central station in only 5 min. The port is within 7-8 min walking.
If the guests don't arrive too late I offer, absolutely for FREE, to have a walk together through the neighborhood or, if there is time enough, to the Royal Palace, two of the 4 castles and the seaside.
I'll always be, barring unforeseen circumstances, to welcome the guests and to give all the necessary information for their stay, as well as the end of that I will personally check out.
There is the possibility to program (prearranged) to offer a transport service and guide to all the main tourist attractions of Campania: Pompeii, Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Caserta Royal Palace, etc ..

Great location

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We were very pleased with our flat. I will stay there again if I get back to Naples.

Naples stay

The property and host were very nice. Very comfortable place. The area around the property is in the heart of Naples and is a little gritty, but we felt safe. The streets around the Duomo, Piazza Bellini and S. Lorenzo Maggiore was busy and enjoyable

Perfect

Perfect apartment in Naples' historic centre. Enabled full immersion in the city's unique atmosphere. Host was always helpful with good communication. Would recommend and would stay again.

Good location

Good locations with plenty of places to eat and see. Downside is the stairs going up to the property, not suitable for carrying heavy luggage if you are not physically fit. Very quaint and roomy apartment for two people. Good AC with washer machine dry in the sun.

Great Stay In Napoli

We had a wonderful stay in Napoli and Niki has been truly a fantastic host! The location is excellent – just about all of the primary historical areas of interest and transportation are within a 30 minute walking radius. Being in the apartment definitely gave us a little experience of living like a local – the true Naples character of the location, as well as how local people live and enjoy themselves. Niki’s suggestions and help arranging things really have been a high class. Mille Grazie!

This is how you get to know and love Naples

A very well equipped holiday apartment in a central but quiet location. Niki is a very helpful and friendly person who brings you closer to the secrets of Naples. 2 requests to Niki: sharp kitchen knives and cushions for the chairs, which are very hard without cushions. A Stay to Remember!

We could not be more pleased with this property. Right from our checking to our departure, we were well taken care of by Niki. We had housewarming items in the fridge, kitchen table, bathroom and bedroom. Niki spent 40 minutes with us sharing all he could about Napoli and how we can best enjoy our time. The property itself is perfect for 2 people and a small family. If you are a light sleeper, you will find it difficult to sleep at night. Niki is a superbly loving host. I hope to stay again someday. Thank you Niki!!

Best Host Ever & Great Apartment

This apartment is very centrally located in Naples and is a lovely, clean, well-organized apartment. The air conditioners in the bedroom and living room worked great and were very welcome during the hot Naples summer of 2023. We stayed in 9 different properties during 4 months in Europe and Niki is by FAR the BEST HOST of any property. He sat with us for 30 minutes when we arrived, gave us tips for sightseeing, showed us how everything works in the property and was a delight to know. There is a lot of graffiti in the neighborhood and doesn’t make a good first impression but we felt safe and secure the entire week so don’t worry about that. Also, the apartment has no adjacent street where a taxi could drop you directly in front of the apartment. You get dropped off in a small piazza and then have to walk about 50 yards and up some steps to find the apartment entrance. However, this apartment is worth the trouble. Once you know where it is, you’ll find it easy to get to and close to things you will want to see. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay, very welcoming, totally recommend

My son and his girlfriend both 19 stayed at this property. We live in US and while I am Italian it was the first trip that my son did alone in Italy. First Nikki has been super helpful and kind to us: Our kids missed the train, forgot to inform him till later and arrived with 4 hours delay. Nikki was there to great them nevertheless but he also was so nice to communicate back and forth with me to make sure the kids where arriving and finding the way. Second the property, I do also have short term rental in Milan where my kids stayed. I think of myself in general high standards of both cleanliness and presentation. While the I haven't seen first hand the place, the comments of my kids was "it's very nice mom, like your apartment in Milan but bigger". Lastly location. It's perfect. My son commented " I can totally live here". In the heart of the old Naples, you experience the best of the city. The mix of beauty, history, and cultures that can tell the story of one of the best gems of Italy. Thank you Nikki for such great experience.

A Week in the Historic Center of Naples

Many times the photos of a property look better than reality; in this case, the actual property was even better than the photos. Extremely clean, with a modern feel and good interior lighting. Good sunlight came in from the small bedroom balcony. The washing machine worked great; came with detergent. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. The manager was fantastic and tried to make my arrival as easy as possible; even let me put my luggage in the apartment before check-in time. She telephoned the next day to make certain everything was okay. Its location on a street with shallow steps meant that there were no motorcycles or cars racing by. Remember, though, that it is indeed a residential street. You will hear neighbors talking and the occasional bark of a dog. The surrounding buildings are not high, so there is good sunlight In addition to the exterior shallow steps, there are a few steps from the front door into the living area and a step change in the bathroom. Grocery stores (Conad) about a three-minute and eight-minute walk away. I am a walker, so I found myself walking to the historic sites and popular shopping areas, even to the Via Toledo. I felt very safe, and I certainly recommend this apartment for one or two people, or possibly three if someone wants to sleep on the living room couch that turns into a bed. Were I to return to Naples, I would definitely pick this place again. It is a bargain.

Top Wohnung im Zentrum, aber nicht mit eigenem Auto

Die Wohnung entsprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Lediglich die Parksituation war problematisch. Obwohl der Vermieter versicherte, dass es keine Probleme gäbe, erwies sich die Situation für ausländische KfZ als sehr schwierig. Selbsternannte „Parkwächter“ überwachten die öffentlichen Parkplätze wortwörtlich rund um die Uhr und verlangten willkürliche Zahlungen. Parkhäuser in der Umgebung waren sehr teuer (ca. 30€ pro Tag), ein günstiges Parkhaus (ca 10€ pro Tag) lag 40 Minuten Fußweg im abgelegenen Industrie- und Hafenviertel entfernt.

L appartement est idéalement situé, proche du métro. Niki est adorable, disponible et de très bons conseils pour visiter Naples. Il s est même occupé de nous reserver un taxi pour l aéroport !

A Beautiful Taste of Naples

We were so happy with this apartment in the Historical Centre of Naoles. Niki our host was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. We were met on arrival and the apartment was all set up and ready to go with some essentials to help us get started. We actually did a walking tour of Naples with Niki as well and it was very informative and entertaining. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Naples. The apartment is close to the port and a main road for access to areas out of the historical centre, and we found it perfect for what we wanted. We would highly recommend it.

Napoli Delight

Niki is a wonderful host! He generously shares his love and knowledge of Naples . Naples is a city steeped in incredible history. We were thrilled to be close to major sites and within close proximity to the port for day trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast. The local butcher makes the best meatballs!! Grazie Niki!!

Spacious property, good location

Large apartment in a good location in the historic district Host was very helpful in providing tips and suggestions for things to see and do in Naples, even provided some basics so we didn't have to go grocery shopping immediately Occasional noise from neighbours letting outer metal door slam shut and from above which is out of the control of the host and property owner

Séjour inoubliable à Naples

Nous avons passé 7 jours chez Nikki à Naples . Nous avons été reçu par Monika et son mari que nous remercions pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils. L'appartement est placé idéalement dans le centre historique à 5 mn d'une station de métro sur la ligne la plus touristique et à 2 mn d'une grande surface (Conad) particulièrement bien agencé. L'appartement est trés agréable, aucun bruit, bien aménagé, clair, dans une rue sympathique et à 2mn de restaurants sympathiques. Je conseille vivement ce logement , et c'est avec grand plaisir que j'y retournerai. Merci à tous.

Un bel emplacement et accueillant

Bel appartement, très spacieux, l’accueil fut formidable et chaleureux. L’appartement est très bien situé et reflète les photos, l’épicerie est à deux rue (2 minutes à pied) avec tout ce que vous avez besoin. Pour ce déplacer le métro est à 5 minutes à pied. La cuisine est bien équipée pour se faire des petits plats. Le lave linge très commode pour les longs séjours.

Gastfreundschaft und Sauberkeit

Wir haben eine sehr saubere, ordentliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Alles was man braucht ist da und in einem guten Zustand. Es gibt ausreichend gute Handtücher und die Küchenausstattung ist prima. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist vor allem nachts sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig befindet man sich mitten in der Altstadt von Neapel. Besonders ist die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter hervorzuheben. Monika und Luigi haben uns herzlich begrüßt und uns noch gute Tipps gegeben. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Neapel kommen, werden wir sicher wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Compact, convenient location.

This compact, but very well appointed apartment, was conveniently located on the edge of the historical centre. Walking or using the nearby Metro allowed easy access to many places. We were 3 adult members of the same family so the fold down bed in the living area was not a problem for us. Niki, our host, was very helpful and responded promptly to our questions/requests. I would recommend this property.

Small, comfortable, Neapolitan feeling apartment in the heart of Naples.

Nikki and his wife were the warmest and most accommodating hosts. The unit had everything we 3 adults needed for a few days of enjoying Naples. It was very well located near many eating establishments, less than a block away from the Main Street, very close to a subway stop, and walking distance to the Marina area if going to Capri. Close to retail stores also. You immediately feel like you are located in an established neighborhood. There are a few steps to access the unit and to go to eating establishments, however very doable. The supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk. Nikki was so kind to check on us the second day of our stay to see if there was anything we needed. We were very happy and would stay there again when we visit.

The perfect location

This was such a great apartment, We stayed 7 nights. Nikki the property manager was so very helpful, He found us walking the street from the bus stop, carried my bag and took us straight to the apartment, he gave us great tips on where to go and what to see, he was so helpful. He also booked us a taxi on our last day as we needed to be at the airport super early! Such a nice guy. The property itself was big enough clean and tidy with great aircon!! It’s in the perfect location to walk anywhere in the city from the historic centre, to the train station and then to the coast. It was a 5/10 min walk to all of these places. For us there were no negatives we loved it here.
