Villa Pascal B is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. From Villa Pascal B you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Pascal B is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Capri Leone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Pascal B from the parking area going up a short route that includes approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Pascal B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Villa Pascal A, B and C are part of a small complex located in the Sicilian countryside.


The apartments Villa Pascal are divided in two separate houses. Villa Pascal A, a cozy indipendent house, and Villa Pascal B and C, that are part of another villa. The complex can host up to 13 people.


The complex is sourrounded by a wonderful garden from where, after walking through a fragrant lemon plantage, you can reach a large shared swimming pool.


Please note: for the maintainance of the garden will be possible to find gardeners on site.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has a window with a view of the patio.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by Emilio. Everything was very easy and he was always happy to answer any questions. The accommodation and the surroundings correspond to the descriptions and photos. We were there at the end of April/beginning of May and the weather was not yet suitable for swimming, but the pool looked very attractive. The quiet location in the middle of a lemon grove is fantastic and we enjoyed walking around the property almost every evening. We were allowed to pick lemons and oranges for the salad dressing or the freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast directly from the tree. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the evening and having a barbecue. Many thanks again to Emilio for his hospitality and the nice stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the holiday home

We had a truly wonderful stay at the holiday home. The house is located in the middle of a plantation – a very special setting that offers plenty of peace and nature. It's an older building, lovingly renovated, cozy, but also rather small: one bedroom for two people and a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room. It's manageable for five people, but a bit cramped, especially if you plan on cooking a lot, as there are only two hotplates. There's a larger table outside, so you can also enjoy meals together. The pool was particularly great! It's only used by a few houses, and we often had it all to ourselves. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant. A big thank you to Emilio [the caretaker] – he's incredibly friendly, speaks German, and helps immediately if you need anything. The contact with the owner was also friendly and engaging. Even before our arrival, we received a lot of helpful information and tips, which we really appreciated. It's good to know: The house isn't a luxury retreat, but a charming, older holiday home with character. If you appreciate that, you'll feel very comfortable. At dusk, remember to bring mosquito repellent. The air conditioning is excellent! The beach is about 12 minutes away. Our conclusion: A very lovingly run accommodation in beautiful surroundings, perfect for relaxation – we felt completely at home and would come back anytime!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Yucca. Das Haus liegt mitten auf einer Plantage – eine ganz besondere Umgebung, die viel Ruhe und Natur schenkt. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, liebevoll renoviert, gemütlich, aber auch eher klein: ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen und eine Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche. Für fünf Personen machbar, aber schon ein bisschen eng, besonders wenn man viel kochen möchte, da nur zwei Herdplatten vorhanden sind. Draußen gibt es aber einen größeren Tisch, sodass man auch gemeinsam wunderbar essen kann.Besonders toll war der Pool! Er wird von nur wenigen Häusern genutzt, und wir hatten ihn oft ganz für uns alleine. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Atmosphäre entspannt und angenehm. Ein großes Dankeschön an Emilio – er ist total freundlich, spricht Deutsch und hilft sofort, wenn man etwas braucht. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Betreiber war freundlich und engagiert. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir viele hilfreiche Infos und Tipps bekommen, was wir wirklich toll fanden.Gut zu wissen: Das Haus ist kein Luxusdomizil, sondern ein charmantes, älteres Ferienhaus mit Charakter. Wer das schätzt, wird sich sehr wohlfühlen. Abends in der Dämmerung sollte man an Mückenschutz denken. Die Klimaanlage ist top! Zum Strand sind es ca. 12min.Unser Fazit: Eine sehr liebevoll geführte Unterkunft in wunderschöner Umgebung, perfekt zum Entspannen – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Eine Oase im Zitronenhain - Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Wir kamen am späten Abend an und wurden von Emilio herzlich empfangen. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert und er stand bei Fragen immer gerne zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung entsprechen den Beschreibungen und den Fotos. Wir waren Ende April/Anfang Mai dort und das Wetter war noch nicht badetauglich, aber der Pool sah sehr ansprechend aus. Die ruhige Lage inmitten eines Zitronenhains ist traumhaft und wir haben fast jeden Abend noch einen kleinen Spaziergang über das Anwesen gemacht. Zitronen und Orangen für das Salatdressing oder den frischgepressten O-Saft zum Frühstück durften wir selbst direkt vom Baum pflücken. Auch haben wir es genossen abends noch draußen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und zu grillen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Emilio für die Gastfreundschaft und den netten Aufenthalt.
