Located on the private/warm side of Lake Anna, this amazing 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath home has room for the entire family to get together and enjoy quality family time. Three of the five bedrooms are masters—each with a lake view and en suite bath.

The house sits on approximately 2 acres with gentle slope from house to walk-in shoreline. Situated on a quiet cove just off the main lake allows for peaceful, protected swimming yet fast access to water sports on the main lake. The private dock has a covered seating area to relax out of the sun as well as a sundeck area for the sun-worshiper. The dock has ample room for boats and provides guests with an ideal place to watch the lake and visit with family and friends.

The entire rear of LakeShore Villa is lined with windows, providing lake views from almost every room. The home has rich, hardwood floors in the living areas and Berber carpeting in the bedrooms. There are 5 high definition flat panel TVs throughout the house, each with DirecTV Stream. Wi-Fi is provided in the main house, as well as on the dock, allowing for internet access for all your devices throughout the property. Each bedroom, as well as the kitchen island, has an outlet with 2 USB receptacles to keep all your electronic devices fully charged during your stay.

The main level consists of a two-story great room with floor-to-ceiling glass, gas fireplace, motorized window shades, and a 55" 4k high-definition Smart TV—a perfect area for the family to relax together when not at the dock or on the water. The gourmet kitchen overlooks the great room and has solid maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, convection gas range, built-in microwave, a Keurig brewing system, granite counters, and an island for casual dining. The lakefront dining room has a large dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. The main-level master suite has a queen bed, leather loveseat sitting area with lake views, and a private en suite bath with walk-in shower. The 16' x 20' lakefront deck has oil-rubbed bronze balustrades that blend into the surroundings, minimizing the obstruction of the lake view. The deck includes a Weber gas grill for outdoor cooking and a table with umbrella for alfresco dining. Additionally, the main level includes a laundry room with full-size washer and gas dryer and a powder room for guest use.

The upper level is equally impressive and consists of a loft overlooking the great room, a 2nd lakefront master suite with king bed and private en suite bath, a 3rd bedroom that is lakefront with two twin-size bunk beds, a 4th bedroom with king bed, and an oversized hall bath.

The lower level provides more lake views from another great room and a master bedroom with attached en suite bath. Amenities of the lower level include a 65" 4K OLED high definition Smart TV in the great room; a lakefront deck with two pubs tables and chairs; wet bar with side-by-side refrigerator (door water and ice), microwave, and apartment sized dishwasher; game arcade area with Silver Strike bowling game, PGA Tour golf game, and a 60-in-1 multicade game (Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, etc.); and a 6-person table for eating or playing board games, cards, or dominos.
