Le hace falta una renovación de todos los elementos, especialmente mobiliario de la cocina. Los ventiladores son ya demasiado viejos, obsoletos, y en caso de no cambiarlos hay que mantenerlos limpios.En el jardín, donde las hamacas/tumbonas, habían varios avisperos, alguno bastante grande, mucho cuidado con los niños.En definitiva, la experiencia no ha sido buena aunque la vivienda cuenta con lo necesario para ser una excelente opción vacacional pero hay que cuidarla más.

Great place.

We had a wonderful time. The outdoor area was amazing. It was very silent and privat with the beach just a few steps away. The centre of Alicante can be reached in just 30 mins by Tram. Wanda was a great host who tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We definitely consider comming back.

Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, fernab der großen Ferienorte. Sehr ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die praktische Straßenbahnverbindung, keine 2 Minuten entfernt, ermöglicht eine schnelle Fahrt nach Alicante oder aber Benidorm. Selbst zu Fuß nach El Campello mit seinem schönen Strand ist durchaus möglich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Great yard for small kids

Fantastic place. Close to all Costa Blanco towns and Alicante airport. A lot of outdoor spaces and nice outdoor dining with grill. I will rented this property again on the heartbeat. Thank you Wanda.

Fin de año en familia.

En general bastante bien, con los siguientes matices: El frigorífico es muy pequeño. La habitación exterior está mal aislada y es algo fría. Hemos echado en falta algún mantel de mesa. Uno de los sofás de piel está desfondado. El resto como se muestra en las fotos. Tanto la dueña como la persona que nos entregó las llaves han Estado muy atentas.

Wohlfühlhaus

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Gastgeberin hat und sehr herzlich empfangen und das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat sehr schöne Terrassen. Die Besonderheit ist auch die Infrastruktur die Strassenbahnstation ist nichtmal 5min entfernt und bietet Zugang zur ganzen Costa Blanca. 25min Alicante Stadtzentrum oder 5min zur nächsten Ortschaft El Campello in der man gut Einkaufen konnte. Eine Hall-Metzgerei ist im Ort ebenso vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Heerlijk rustig

We hebben het heel fijn gehad in El Campello. Het huis is praktisch, de bedden heerlijk en de tuin prachtig. De eekhoorntjes zijn in grote getale aanwezig in de grote dennen en palmen rondom het huis. We kwamen met slecht weer aan en het was echt koud. Gelukkig kon het huis snel verwarmd worden door de verwarming/ airco, de gaskachel en de open haard. (Hout sprokkelen op het strandje..). Het trammetje naar strand of stad is ideaal! Voor het strand raden we Villajoyosa aan. En ‘s avonds is het gezellig in Alicante. Al met al prima weken!

Fantastic stay in this spacious well presented property

Wanda was an excellent host organising taxis to and from airport, greeted us every morning checking all was well. The property is so spacious and beautifully presented all you can hear is the sound of the sea and the birds in the trees. The beach is literally 30 seconds away it is a shingle beach but very unspoilt. The tram stop is 2 minutes walk so easy to use and cheap.Two stops to El Compello where there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. One stop in the opposite direction is Coveta Fuma with a great little Supermarket and a handful of restaurants and bars lovely unspoilt area. If you change trams in El Compello to line three you can get off at four different stops and walk along the promenade with fantastic beaches and seafood restaurants. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great nearby emenities with easy access to the more busier resorts.

Super schönes Haus am Meer

Die Finca, welche wir für 10 Tage gebucht haben,war wirklich sehr schön. Wir waren mit sieben Personen vor Ort und sind uns nicht auf die Füße getreten. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet (Toaster,Waschmaschine,Mikrowelle etc) und war in einem guten Zustand. Es ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Der sehr nah gelegene Strand ist wirklich traumhaft. Es handelt sich hierbei zwar überwiegend um einen Steinstrand. Kurz hinter den Bademeistern kommt jedoch ein Abschnitt mit Sand im Wasser. Hier hat man seine Ruhe vor Massentourismus und kann richtig entspannen. Der Ort bietet einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ebenfalls ist die Haltestelle der Tram in unmittelbarer Nähe so dass man El Campello in 6 min bequem erreicht. Dort finden sich in der Nähe der Haltestelle 2 Supermärkte. Zur Gastgeberin ist folgendes zu sagen: Sehr freundlich und Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet und wurden sogar spät abends freundlich und nett empfangen. Unser Fazit lautet: IMMER WIEDER GERNE vor allem da es abseits von den Touristenzentren liegt.

siamo stati presso questa casa una settimana dal 15 al 22 luglio eravamo due famiglie 8 persone 4 adulti e 4 bambini e siamo stati BENISSIMO.... Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque abbia intenzione di trascorrere una vacanza in Costa Bianca....la casa è in buona posizione è molto bella e Wanda è veramente gentile e presente.... Charming, relaxing house by the beach. Fully equipped & Lots of room for friends & family to gather

My Spanish husband, one year old daughter and I spent 2 weeks at this home in El Campello. The owner Wanda was wonderful, providing everything we could need. The house is situated so close to the beach you can hear the waves from the bedroom at night and is located about 200 feet from the tram to Alicante/Benidorm/etc... The gardens are beautiful and there is so much room to have dinners and get-togethers with family and friends. We celebrated our daughter’s baptism, first birthday and a nephew’s first communion and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the location. We had such a great time that we extended our stay by three days, I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back next year!

Sehr schöne entspannte Aufenthalt direkt am Strand

Liebe Wanda! Vielen Dank für Ihr gepflegte, saubere und komfortable Ferien-Villa. Wir haben uns sehr gut bei Ihnen erholt. Die Bettwäsche, die Handtücher waren sauber, das Bad, Küche und Schlafzimmer waren staubfrei. Das geräumigtes Wohnzimmer bietet einen großen Esstisch und einen Buffet mit voller Geschirrausstattung. Im Garten haben wir zwei große und einen kleinen Esstische gefunden. Zum Strand sind ein Paar Schritte (das zweite Haus zum Meer), so hatten wir unser Vormittag in der Nähe genossen. Viele liebe Grüße aus Hamburg, Anita & Elina Der Ort Coveta Fuma liegt ca. 3km von El Campello und bietet sehr malerische Ausflüge nach Altea, Calp, Polop, Denia, Alicante und andere schöne Aussichten der Costa Blanca.

Perfect place for a quiet vacation

We are two couples had rest in a villa in the middle of September. Liked everything. I'll start with the location. The villa is really located on the beach. We could go for a swim before breakfast and go back to the villa directly into the swimsuit. Of course, for some families with children the beach is rocky so its not suitable. But, only 10 minutes by car or tram (incidentally also stop near the villa), a beautiful sandy beach with all amenities in the town of El Campello. Most of all we liked the villa garden and barbecue place, where we had a breakfast and spent warmy evening enjoying excellent spanish wines! The combination of pine and palm trees creates a unique air you want to breathe. And the most amazing thing we saw when we woke up the first morning and went out for coffee. Across the garden playing and jumping squirrels. They entertained us every day. It was very funny watсhing their games! We stayed at the Villa for first time and thought it would strain household chores. But the villa has all appliances and a dishwasher, which allowed to rest and not to spend time on household chores. And separately about the interior. Its really Andalusian! And if you're used to changed towels every day as in the hotel, then at the villa they are sufficient. Free Wi-Fi let us to be in contact with outer world. In general, we recommend this nice chalet and will not be ashamed! We will definitely be back!
