Einen Tag vor der Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das zweite Bett nicht verfügbar wäre und ob wir stornieren wollen. Oder es für 2-3 Tage auch auf der Couch probieren wollen. Dafür dann 15 % Rabbatt eingeräumt So kurz vorher keine Wahl mehr gehabt, also probiert. Scheinbar war das Zimmer unten im Keller wegen Feuchtigkeit nicht bewohnbar und auch oben roch es unangenehm. Wir haben uns dann nach einer anderen Bleibe umgesehen. Aber dann wurde gar nicht mehr auf uns reagiert und nur noch weitere 15 % Rabbatt angeboten. Wir wollten aber nicht bleiben, also waren es 2 sehr teure Übernachtungen. Mal sehen, ob wir noch Geld davon wiedersehen...

Great location and apartment is spacious

Nice apartment and very spacious with high ceilings. Beds are comfortable. Location is outstanding and just feet from the ocean. Weather was nice so we didn't need heat or AC, so we can't rate that feature.

Tolle Lage, saubere Wohnung

Die Lage ist optimal, 127 Meter zum Strand, man ist direkt in der Mitte des Hauptstrandes und dabei in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Alles sauber, nett eingerichtet. Blick auf das Meer gibt es nicht, aber dann wäre der Preis sicherlich doppelt so hoch. Parken muss man als Tourist im Parkhaus, Parkhaus Norte (100 m entfernt) kostet 22 eur je Tag, dafür bewacht und sicher. Fazit: Ich würde wieder dieses Appartement buchen.

En general correcto Falla el agua fría , electrodomésticos de cocina no funcionan ( tostador, cafetera ,) microondas inexistente por lo demás todo muy bien

The location of the ground floor unit is excellent as it is just steps away from the beach and some really good restaurants (La Madame). The only downside is that the second and third bedrooms in the lower level are interconnected so there’s very little privacy for couples.

Fantastic location and the 2 levels worked perfectly for us who had 2 children, just across from the beach. I wish there had been a few more simple amenities like soap in the shower, salt and pepper & maybe some olive oil and condiments in the kitchen as we had to buy them for our short stay which was wasteful.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a San Sebastian in un ottimo appartamento.

Ottimo appartamento situato in un bel palazzo a pochi passi dalla meravigliosa baia la Concha. Da segnale che per chi vuole ogni tanto mangiare in casa , manca un po’ di attrezzatura per cucinare. Tutto ben organizzato e facile per il ritiro delle chiavi , inoltre nei pressi dell’agenzia c’e la comodità di un parcheggio privato a pagamento. Nei pressi dell’appartamento c’e un ottimo ristorante La Madame e sempre a piedi sulla passeggiata in 7/8 minuti si raggiunge la parte vecchia di San Sebastian dove si trovano altri ristoranti, bar dove mangiare degli ottimi pinkos , gelaterie e negozi.

Could use a few more amenities

Previous beach houses we’ve rented have beach towels (we bought some and left them), umbrellas (it rained while we were there) some very basic condiments such as salt and pepper etc, this had just the basics including just one towel per person for a four day stay

El apartamento estaba muy bien cuidado y limpio, ademas de cubrir todas las necesidades. No le doy 5 estrellas por el microondas q al estar con el horno no me pareció higiénico. La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Aunque alquilarlo con aparcamiento es imprescindible ya q buscar donde dejar el coche en la zona es misión imposible

Lo mejor, su ubicación.

La atención por parte de la propiedad (Basquestay) es bastante mejorable, nos dieron mal la dirección y tuvimos que deambular con las maletas de aquí para allá hasta encontrarla. Las fotos que aparecen en la web son un tanto engañosas: tiene poca luz, dos de sus habitaciones están en un sótano y una de ellas es un zulo con una pequeña claraboya para darle luz. El equipamiento es suficiente.

Gracias por el feedback. Primero, la dirección y el procedimiento de check-in está muy claro tanto en el anuncio y como en la propia reserva; es más, os proporcionamos las indicaciones una vez más por e-mail para que lo tuvierais claro y lo confirmamos por teléfono. Nos sorprende que nuestra atención os parezca mejorable cuando, entre otras cosas, os compramos una nueva cafetera porque la que había en casa no os gustaba o no os venía bien. En cuanto a las fotos, muestran cómo son las diferentes estancias del apartamento tal cual, ni más ni menos. En cualquier caso, lo tendremos en cuenta para seguir mejorando nuestro servicio.

Lovely flat. Very centric. Great care and responsiveness from Basque Stay

The flat was found as showcased. Lovely minimalistic décor. fantastic location, 2min away from La Concha. The building had a minor incident over the weekend and Basque Stay came responsive to fix and remediate. Very helpful indeed. We will return to San Sebastian and try to get into same apartment or another one from Basque Stay.

Très beau appartement : joli, propre, spacieux, juste à deux pas de la concha. Bien situé sur la ville. Juste un manque de lumière en plus dans les salles de bain pour les femmes et hublot de secours dans la troisième chambre trop claire trop de luminosité tôt le matin petit système de rideau à prévoir... Sinon vraiment parfait
