"The poppy house" apartment

"La casa poppy" is a bright and recent holiday apartment, on the first floor of a nice building. The living room entrance is equipped with a kitchenette with gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and is equipped with everything needed for cooking and eating. The living area has a wall equipped with a 32 "LED TV and a table with 4 chairs. There is a coffee corner with a pod machine for making coffee, tea and cappuccinos. There are two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with a bed and a 1/2, both furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers. In the spacious balcony there is a drying rack and is furnished with table and chairs to make pleasant outdoor breakfasts. The hot / cold air conditioning system is autonomous and channeled in all the rooms, even in the bathroom! The bathroom is complete with bidet, shower, washing machine and gas water heater. Bath towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. Free WiFi internet access with traffic included up to 3Gb / day. Internal private parking is available.

"La casa poppy" is located in a quiet area of the town. Nearby there are many useful services such as bars, pharmacies, pizzerias but above all it has the great advantage of being within walking distance of a well-stocked CONAD market, where you can find a wide assortment of food and household products at competitive prices. With an 8-minute walk you can easily reach Piazza del Popolo, the center of life in Pula, animated by shows and full of restaurants and bars. The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) so that entry and exit movements are not limited in any way. You can easily access the SS 195 state road that leads to the most beautiful beaches of this part of the coast of southern Sardinia. The archaeological area and the beach of Nora can be reached in 10 minutes by car, while the sea of Santa Margherita di Pula with the famous Forte Village Resort and the beaches of Chia and Tuerredda in about 20.
