Nice and cozy studio on the second floor with lift located in the tourist village "Rio Claro 1" on the coast of Fondi, surrounded by lots of vegetation and pine forest, with wide open spaces and ornamental gardens. Private access to the beach with a chalet-bar, with deckchairs and beach umbrella, free of charge for the guests of the house.

L' appartamento è piccolino ma dotato di tutto l" occorrente, a due passi dalla spiaggia attrezzata ed uno chalet dove si mangia molto bene, l' aria condizionata non è presente ma c'è un ventilatore ed un raffreddatore con siberini. Il proprietario molto disponibile, l' unica pecca le pulizie, potrebbero fare di meglio. di meglio

L’annuncio pubblicato sul vostro sito descrive un appartamento di 40m2 composto da due camere, mentre si tratta di un piccolo monolocale, che forse arriva a misurare 30m2 (forse) arredato con due scomodi e piccoli divano letto anche estremamente fatiscenti. Nell’immobile non è presente aria condizionata (se non un aggeggio che produce solo calore), è presente una sola finestra che rende impossibile l’areazione e il palazzo, dall’androne ai pianerottoli, è in uno stato pietoso di fatiscenza con ancora lavori edili in corso. Abbiamo lasciato l’appartamento il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo e, vista la mendacità dell’annuncio da voi pubblicato sul sito di cui siete editori, pretendo il rimborso totale di quanto pagato anticipatamente per questo appartamento. Resto a disposizione per fornirvi video e fotografie relative all’appartamento, e all’annuncio, per cui chiedo il risarcimento totale. Certa di un vostro celere riscontro porgo cordiali saluti

Trattasi di una persona che dice il falso e assolutamente scorretta, una di quelle che pretende di fare la vacanza gratis , dicendo delle cose non vere in quanto c'è ampia descrizione del monolocale con tanto di descrizione dichiarato e foto chiare.

Soggiorno presso appartamento privato a Fondi

Monolocale piccolo ma completo di tutti i comfort (a parte l'aria condizionata), situato in un'ottima posizione all'interno di un complesso residenziale fornito di tutte le comodità. Il Proprietario da subito si è mostrato monto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio per coppie in cerca di una sistemazione vicino al mare e in cerca di tranquillità.
