In a large property in the countryside, the cottage Escures is a beautiful farmhouse completely renovated and independent. Covering an area of ​​250m2, the cottage consists of a living room with fireplace, a living room overlooking the garden and pool, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms with private bathroom.
Ideally located on the edge of the quiet forest of Rennes, the cottage will be your base to discover Brittany. It is only 15 minutes from Rennes (Ille et Vilaine 35)

My family and I stayed at this wonderful house for 9 days during the summer holidays. The house was clean, accessible, items provided for (ie towels, pool towels etc). All bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. Pool was huge and my kids loved it. Great communication with the hosts throughout our stay and very helpful.Location wise - it’s nice and quiet! Not far from the A-roads so travelling to other towns is not an issue.We’ll definitely stay again - highly recommended.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne und sehr geschmackvolle Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Sehr schön eingerichtet, schöne Bäder ein schönes Wohnzimmer und ein sehr schöner Pool. Selten haben wir ein Haus, dass so geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet war, gesehen. Gute Kücheneinrichtung, sehr gute Betten, was bei nun wirklich nicht in jedem Ferienhaus der Fall ist. Ein Haus, das man auf jeden Fall mieten kann. In der Umgebung kann die Küste im Norden in 1 Stunde erreicht werden, Rennes kann mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden und auch weitere Ausflüge sind in der Umgebung zu schönen Zielen möglich. Der Pool ist mit 13 m sehr schön zum Schwimmen geeignet und stellt insbesondere in den heißen Sommer an eine willkommene Erfrischung da. Insgesamt fünf Sterne plus!!!! Nebenbei sehr nette Vermieter mit einer unkomplizierten Übergabe!

Maison de vacances super agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour la maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. L’extérieur est tout aussi agréable avec une grande piscine et une belle terrasse. Nous avons trouvé l annonce très fidèle au lieu. Très belle maison joliment décorée avec de belles prestations. Une pièce de vie ouverte sur la cuisine et donnant sur la piscine qui s’est avérée vraiment agréable au quotidien. La literie est excellente, les douches spacieuses. Nous avons juste manqué de place pour ranger nos vêtements. Les propriétaires sont charmants et joignables facilement. Nous reviendrons avec joie.

A beautiful house in a lovely location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Escures. The owners were very helpful and available if needed, but otherwise kept their distance. The house has been beautifully restored and had everything we needed, including a pool. The location is superb for visiting all the towns and sites on the north coast (eg Mont St Michel and St Malo) and lesser known places in land. We had a busy few days. Would highly recommend.

Très jolie location

très calme, décoré avec goût, et très fonctionnel, nous avons passé une excellente semaine aux Escures ! A la fois à la campagne et permettant de rayonner en Bretagne (Rennes, Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, etc.), un bon moment de déconnexion, de détente et de visites. Our two week stay at Les Escures was an awesome experience. As hosts, the Primes were welcoming, informative and gracious. We enjoyed our animal companions as well—-canine, bovine and aquatic. We found something new and exciting in every nearby village and experienced all types of dining pleasures, from traditional to gourmet. Objekt traumhaft

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist traumhaft und die Lage sehr ruhig. Bei den Bildern des großen Anwesens dachten wir, dass wir auch einmal dort spazieren gehen und auch den See besuchen könnten. Leider war dies untersagt, da dies zu dem anderen vermieteten Haus gehört. Zu unserem Haus gehörten ausschließlich der abgegrenzte Garten mit Pool. Zum Glück gab es neben an noch eine Wiese auf der die Kinder toben konnten. Zu beachten ist zudem, dass zu der Miete noch eine Reinigungsgebühr hinzu kommt. Darin ist die Küche leider nicht inbegriffen, was wir erst vor Ort erfahren haben. Diese mussten wir selbst putzen. Auch das wir jeden zweiten Tag den Poolroboter bedienen mussten, war uns nicht klar. Da wir diese Punkte nicht der Beschreibung entnommen haben, waren wir doch sehr irritiert.

Hallo Wir sind unangenehm überrascht von Ihrem Kommentar, der nicht den Service widerspiegelt, den wir unseren Mietern anbieten (siehe alle 5/5, die wir vor Ihnen hatten). Dies ist das erste Mal, dass wir einen solchen Kommentar so schlecht lesen müssen! 1 ° Die Anmietung auf der Site Homelidays mit den Fotos und Beschreibungen, die dort erscheinen, sind völlig im Einklang mit dem, was Sie mieten könnten. Der Rest des Grundstücks ist privat und es liegt nicht daran, dass Sie einen anderen Garten auf Google sehen oder was auch immer Sie dorthin gehen können. Sie haben ein Haus mit Pool und privatem Garten gemietet und genau das hatten Sie. 2 ° In Bezug auf den Pool hatten Sie den exklusiven Genuss und daher lag die Wartung in Ihrer Verantwortung, was ganz normal ist. In der Anzeige steht Ihnen kein Pool zur Verfügung. Es liegt an dem Benutzer, seine Wartung durchzuführen. Die Übergabe des Roboters erfolgt durch Sie und in Ihrem eigenen Tempo. Dank der von mir und den Vormietern vorgenommenen Wartung können Sie einen Pool genießen, der so sauber ist, wie Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft angegeben haben. 3 ° Bezüglich der Endreinigung. Das Gehäuse musste sauber gemacht werden. Sie hatten die Wahl zwischen: Selber machen oder für eine Putzfrau bezahlen. Es war keine Überraschung, diese Wahl wurde bei der Buchung sehr deutlich per E-Mail angezeigt. In Bezug auf die Küche ist es immer noch normal, dass Sie den Kühlschrank, das Kochfeld und Ihr Geschirr reinigen. Sie sind nicht im Hotel! Ich erinnere Sie daran, dass wir einen sehr hochwertigen Service anbieten, dem wir sehr verbunden sind (bezogene Betten bei Ankunft, Handtuch und Badetuch zur Verfügung gestellt). Outstanding!

Myself and family stayed in Les Escures for two weeks in July 2019. We chose it based on the photos on the Home and Away web site. We arrived and met Mr Prime who greeted us and showed us how everything worked. First impressions were that the photos did not do the property justice. The renovated house was amazing and spacious. The pool was immuclate and warm. The grounds were large with a couple of forest walks which were very enjoyable. All in all the property was excellent and the location was perfect. We are already planning to return. Thank you Mr and Mrs Prime for a wonderful time which exceeded all expecations.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in sehr ruhiger, ländlicher Lage!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll, sehr geräumig und hell! Es ist wunderbar ruhig und man kann super am großen Pool entspannen. Die Vermieter sind stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Als Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir nur, vielleicht die Anzahl der (Saft-/Wasser-)Gläser aufzustocken und Deckel zu den Töpfen und Pfannen würden das kochen / braten erleichtern. Auch wäre es schön, wenn es die bequemen Stühle am Esstisch (drinnen wie draußen) statt nur für 4 für 6 Personen gäbe. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Acigné!
