The villa spreads over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living area with a kitchen, two bedrooms a bathroom, and a toilet. On the first floor are the remaining three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a toilet. Each room has a beautiful view, either of the greenery, the city, or the sea.
On request with a surcharge, we can arrange services like chef/cook or babysitting services, as well as excursions for exploring the Dubrovnik area. With a surcharge, we can also arrange airport transfer, car, and yacht rental.

Good value for money

This holiday villa is very charming, located in a quiet location, a 15-ish minute walk to the old town and attractions. The pool in front is good to take refreshments and the outdoor seating was also comfortable despite the heat in the middle of the summer. Everything was very clean. We didn't use all the bedrooms since we were only 6 people. The villa host Mrs. Anita was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent holidays, safe country

Our stay at Villa Sweet Memories in Dubrovnik was amazing despite the covid-19 pandemic. The villa was immaculately clean upon arrival. We were provided free sanitizers and the villa host was checking up on us regularly. Our concierge agent was taking care we have a dinner reservation every day and booked several tours for us. We felt very safe in Croatia and I would again book a holiday villa ahead of the hotel.

Excellent location

The villa is better than is shown in the photos. The communication with our host was excellent and since our arrival we felt at home. The location is very good, closed to the old city . The house has everything that we could need; it is perfect for a group of 8 like my family.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, close to the old city. We chose this house for the location and very importantly, parking. If you are planning on going to Dubrovnik with a car and no reserved parking spot you might as well stay home. An excellent vacation in a great house.

Beautiful villa

This villa is a short walk from the old city of Dubrovnik. It is far enough from the city that there is no noise or traffic from tour busses, but close enough to be a easy walk even after a big meal. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and authentic. The villa is clean and beautiful. The house has many bedrooms. We had 8 people that were comfortable in bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has a small kitchen, but it is effective for cooking large meals if you have only one cook. It’s tight for two people. The dining room is big enough for 8 people to sit and eat, but you will spend most of your time in the garden. This beautiful space has tables with umbrellas and lounges in the sun. The pool was refreshing with a relaxing waterfall and massaging jets. The garden has multiple fruit trees and vines (I couldn’t help picking and snacking). There are small tortoises in the back garden that we fell in love with and fed every day. The villa combines old world charm with modern comfort.

Great villa

If you’re planning a trip to Dubrovnik this is the place to be. The villa is absolutely great, is has everything that you need. You can take a swim in the pool and just a short walk you’re in the old town with a lot of good restaurants and nightclubs! We were 8 girls living her and if we go back to Dubrovnik this is the place we would be!

Perfect location

No better place to stay then here! Our host was extremely helpful whenever we reached out. Concierge service was more than helpful. They booked us private boat tour and made dinner reservations for us as well. Villa is spotless and beyond beautiful. The location is perfect. Best space for you if you are looking for a place in Dubrovnik where you can comfortably relax and it's only minutes away from the center of Old Town.

Amazing villa

Villa is amazing! Looks just like the pictures! It’s in a great location, close to old town. You can walk almost everywhere. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! We had a fabulous time!

Excellent location

We stayed here as a family of 9 adults. The accommodations were very comfortable and sparkling clean. Our host were lovely and responsive. Best thing was that the villa is very close to Old Town, 10 minute walk, so you can avoid heavy traffic.
