Following our success from El Mar Estate & Villas in Mykonos providing a hospitable experience we created a stylish apartment in the Athenian Riviera.
The seaside stylish apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saronida within walking distance to the beach, top attractions like the Temple of Posidon (25' ride) and Acropolis (50' ride). Decorated with a modern twist and fully equipped for all occassions (90sqm).

Perfect for families, couples and group of friends as it has two bedrooms and big balconies with exceptional sea and mountain views.

The main interior of this apartment consists of a wide open space with a stylish living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms (one en-suite) accommodate up to 4 guests at this non-smoking apartment. All of the areas provide air conditioning and sea views.
Two bedrooms include a balcony with hill views. Fine linen and towels provide splendid nights of rest.

Large glass windows provide a breezy and carefree ambience to the apartment enabling a welcoming atmosphere to guests. The balcony is furnished with sofa, armchair and a dining table for up to 6 guests; a perfect setting to enjoy the amazing sea views and enjoy a drink at sunset.

Great place, amazing host!

We had the best stay and the apartment was amazing! Spacious, super clean and modern. We had everything we needed and more. The views of the sea are beautiful, good size bedrooms, comfy beds and a great kitchen. Our host Mariela was so kind and helpful. She was very easy to talk to, helped with many recommendations for restaurants and beaches as well as some must see sights. I couldn’t be happier, best place I’ve ever stayed and I’ve done many VRBO’s. I can’t wait to go back! The little town for us was perfect as we could drive into Athens within an hour while being able to enjoy some great beaches and view of the ocean every morning and evening. Great pizza place called Rustic and gyros restaurant nearby. Lots to see and do in the area with temple of Poseidon nearby. The coastal drive was breathtaking on the way to Glyfada, definitely worth a visit there especially if you like shopping

Kommunikation war sehr schnell und einfach. Zu jeder Zeit war jemand erreichbar. Als wir ankamen gab es für uns sogar eine Kleinigkeit im Ofen zu Essen + 2 FlaschenWasser 1,5 Liter Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Fernseher. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten war jemand vor Ort und konnte das Problem beheben. Küche war voll ausgestattet,selbst gutes Olivenöl und Honig gab es. Das Appartement an sich war sehr schön und sauber,mit ausreichend Platz für eine Vierköpfige Familie.Zentral gelegen aber ohne die Lärmbelästigung.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Die großzügige Wohnung mit großem Balkon und schöner Einrichtung bietet alles für einen schönen Strandurlaub in Verbindung mit Sightseeing in Athen und den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Strand und Läden sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mariola hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und gab uns schöne Ausflugstips.

Saronida By The Sea

Marilia is a wonderful host. We were were welcomed and shown everything we needed to know. The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the pictures, spotlessly clean, well-furnished and comfortable. There were lots of interesting places to visit within a short driving distance, and an easy drive to the Athens airport. I highly recommend El Mar Apartments for a pleasant stay in a lovely and friendly seaside town.
