About this property

This striking and secluded 3 bedroom villa is modern in build but authentic in style and offers everything you need for a lovely self catering holiday.

It sits less than 2 minutes up a typical Andalusian track and allows privacy and views in equal measure.

With the added bonus of central heating it offers itself for a comfortable winter rental and can be rented from November – March inclusive for excellent value, for all those wishing to escape the Northern Europe winters.

The whole Villa has a lovely relaxing feel about it and the design allows for great cooking facilities inside but also for the stunning Spanish springs and summers there is a large BBQ area and also a good quality bread/ pizza oven.

The wow factor continues with a incredible kidney shaped pool which is just over 7 x 4 m and has internal steps, but this is only half of the fun as at one end is a waterfall feature which fun loving adults and children will simply adore.

If you combine the quality of the villa with it’s facilities and incredible views you have a villa which offers all a family need but also for couples that like that extra space a lovely holiday experience.

The icing on the cake as usual are the stunning nearby village and with Comares which is a 10 minutes drive away you have one of most striking in the area, also for off season when cooler you could walk to the village feasible in 30 minutes but decent walking boots and a good level of fitness would be required, please ask for advise.

From 2024, the great value Casa Jacaranda has once again held it’s rental prices, the owners though have now added air conditioning to all 3 bedrooms and they will now be asking for electricity for the total Casa to be paid by the customers, this is a simple process with the meter reading taken on arrival and departure and the costs taken from the breakage deposit, this allows us to keep the rental price competitive and makes sure customers are wary of not just leaving air conditioning on when not required.

Lovely place to holiday in. Clean and tidy throughout.

We had a lovely week at this property. Spent a lot of time in the pool and the outside areas. 2 lovely sitting areas, one a balcony from the bedroom where you can really take in the views down to the coast. Would recommend this property for a stay

Une très agréable villa de vacances

La casa jacaranda est une villa située à 4 km du village de Comarès. La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et parfaitement entretenue par son sympathique propriétaire .Les aménagements sont de qualité, de même que la literie, le linge de maison et la vaisselle. La piscine, le barbecue sont bien conçus; la terrasse est bien orientée...Que du bonheur ! Nous y avons séjourné fin juin, et malgré les 30° en journée, la climatisation n'est pas nécessaire la nuit; la brise du soir rafraîchit suffisamment à cet endroit. Enfin le jardin (citrons, oranges, kumquats, figues, avocats...) est bien agréable. L'environnement avec une vue jusqu'à la mer est superbe, ( les photos ne montrent pas les couleurs fantastiques du coucher de soleil !), calme sans être trop loin de tout. David et Jacqui sont très réactifs, petit soucis avec la TV ( mais c'était le mondial ! ) et le réglage a été effectué dès le lendemain matin. Le contact a également été très cordial. Une excellente semaine de vacances, à refaire très volontiers, et que nous ne pouvons que recommander. Eric et Isabelle C.
