Parking is available on the street; there is no access to the garage. No E.V. charging is allowed. A $150 fee will be charged if charging occurs.
Garbage is to be taken to the outdoor bin also, the bin needs to be taken out on Tuesday night and placed across the street for 7 a.m. morning pickup.
The owner reserves the right to request a copy of a valid photo ID and a filled-out and signed rental agreement before accepting a reservation.

This house in Kanab was a really wonderful choice for our family and one of the highlights of the trip for our kids. It was clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We were especially appreciative that the host had included coolers that we could use for our day trips. The location is great with lovely views all around and was easy to access all of the National and state parks nearby. The host, Jennifer, gave great tips and advice and was very quick to respond. For families, Kanab has excellent restaurants and an incredible city park with pool. We're so jealous. The views are amazing and the playground is large, we'll shaded and with rubber mulch so soft the kids could play barefoot

Beautiful home that is well maintained. You can't tell it's a short term rental. This home is the perfect home away from home while on vacation in Utah. My family and I enjoyed staying here.

Spectacular views

There is a view of red rock canyons from almost every window of the house. The house was very well - stocked and had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable. We loved our time at this beautiful home. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here!

Kanab was HOT, but the house kept us cool

We (two couples) had a great time in Kanab, despite the heat in June. The house was ideal for us. Plenty of room inside plus nice outdoor spaces (and at least one was in the shade throughout most of the day. Very clean. Well appointed and well stocked; everything we needed for our stay. Nice location as well; very quiet as it was in a golf course neighborhood (sadly, the golf course closed several years ago, but it is still a very nice area). Walking distance to hiking trailheads and a short drive back into town for dinner.

Great Times

This was a wonderful property for our day trips. It was such a nice and peaceful place to call home while we were exploring this part of the country. Southern Utah and Northern Arizona have such a vast array of sites to see and enjoy!! We enjoyed sitting out on the porch after a full day of exploring. We watched the birds and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great neighborhood. Close to everything too!!

Perfect location to visit the parks : Zion, Bryce, Stair case and more.The house is clean, has everything you need and more.The neighborhood is quiet and safe.The house has an super view on the Red Rock of Kanab.Yes, you will drive a bite but coming back the quiet place and jet in the bathtub is awesome to rejuvenated for the next day of hikes.

Perfect location in the heart of Kanab

Nice neighborhood. Felt safe. Home had lots of kitchen items, nicely furnished. Felt more like a home than a rental. Super close to the restaurants in Kanab and Hwy 89. Very clean. Would stay here again

Excellent home base

Excellent home base for our visit to Zion. The house was perfect for my family to hang out, cook meals, visit, play games. Wonderful kitchen/dining/living room. Trails nearby to walk/run on and Kanab is a cute town. Thank you!

Great place to get away

Well managed and very clean. We had snow as we arrived and the sidewalk and driveway were salted and shoveled clean. They even let us know we were able to park in large garage for safety. Great panoramic views and very near hot air balloons. Great time. THANKS

Spectacular location & views!!

We could not have been more pleased with this location. The view from the house on 3 sides is gorgeous! A true snapshot of Utah’s finest. The owners were absolutely spot on with communication and accommodations were perfect. When we realized that we needed a bit of extra space they were more than welcome to have an air mattress for us and even left additional sheets. The home is very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for all meals. Very clean very comfortable and a fantastic perfect location to Bryce Canyon, Zion Park, Coral Sands & Antelope! Don’t forget to book a free tour of Best Friends which is only 10 minutes away!!! We had a phenomenal trip!!

We love Southern Utah and National Parks! We take pride in our home and strive to give our guests an excellent experience. This house is our retirement home, and we look forward to living in it full-time when we retire. We love hosting guests who want to stay in a "Home away from Home", and who will treat our home as though it were their own.

Our home is located in the heart of the of the National Parks, the BLM office is just down the street where they have the lottery for the Wave. Come enjoy all of the beauty that Utah has to offer.

There are (5) National Parks, (7) National Monuments and (43) State Parks in Utah.

We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!!!
