Beautiful home situated among majestic red rock cliffs. Hiking, ATV, and horse trails within walking distance of home. 2 miles from the center of town, conveniently located to BLM office, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Meticulously cleaned and maintained.
Leather Sofa set in the living room with 55" Smart TV, Cable, DVD, and wireless internet.
Covered deck with dining area for (6) with BBQ in the backyard with spectacular views of the red rocks.
The primary bedroom has a walk-in shower and walk-in closets, and French doors that open to the back patio with a California King Bed.
Guest room #1 has a Queen-size bed.
Guest room #2 has a Queen-size bed with/ 42" TV, Cable, Smart DVD player.

Parking is available on the street; there is no access to the garage. No E.V. charging is allowed. A $150 fee will be charged if charging occurs.

Garbage is to be taken to the outdoor bin also, the bin needs to be taken out on Tuesday night and placed across the street for 7 a.m. morning pickup.

The owner reserves the right to request a copy of a valid photo ID and a filled-out and signed rental agreement before accepting a reservation.

Very nice property and very well stocked. Stayed 3 nights making it convenient to visit Petrified Forest, Zion and Bryce Nat'l parks Also did a Sunset and S'Mores dune buggy ride at Coral Pink Sands State Park which was a lot of fun.

This house didn’t disappoint at all. Our entire family enjoyed the stay. House was perfect for us and extremely well taken care of. I’ve stayed in a few locations where pictures and reviews didn’t match once we got there, but this was not the case here. When we come back to this area, we would absolutely stay here again!

Our home is located in the heart of the of the National Parks, the BLM office is just down the street where they have the lottery for the Wave. Come enjoy all of the beauty that Utah has to offer.

There are (5) National Parks, (7) National Monuments and (43) State Parks in Utah.
