The villa is simply awesome, and is maintained to perfection. The views from the pool area are magnificent, and the pool is well designed and sparkling clean. The whole house is fully air conditioned, the kitchen is well stocked, and the bedrooms are roomy and quiet. I highly recommend this villa.

We were absolutely thrilled with our recent house location! Sigolene was incredibly attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless and stress-free. The house itself is in a prime location, offering stunning views that took our breath away each morning. It was impeccably clean, with every detail carefully attended to, and came equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. From the cozy interior to the well-maintained surroundings, it felt like a perfect home away from home. Highly recommended!

Staying at Francois vacation home was 11/10 excellent. I spent a lot of time looking at rental options and couldn’t have been more happy with my choice. The house is a quiet getaway in the hills, with an amazing view of the ocean cove. And a great pool. It’s also spacious with two large beds, two full bathrooms, and a large living room with plenty of seating. The house is located about 15 minutes from Eden’s rock area which is home to lively beach restaurants like Nikki beach club, and about 17 minutes from the main shopping area Gustavia. What was particularly lovely, was after a long busy day in town shopping, eating out, and exploring beaches I got to come home to a relaxing quiet retreat and just relax. Getting to the house from the airport is seamless as Christine (who manages the house) meets you at the airport so you can follow her to the home. Christine, is amazing, she is available each day for any questions or travel tips you may have. An excellent stay and I hope to stay at the house again at some point.

We cannot say enough great things about our stay! From check-in to check-out Martin (our concierge) made it so easy. He met us at the airport, helped take our luggage to the house, made reservations at restaurants (was even able to get us into Niki Beach for Sunday Fun day!), was always VERY responsive if I had questions, and then came back when we were leaving to help get us back to the airport. He also even waited for us to make a quick grocery stop on the way to the villa. They had a bottle of wine and some lovely gourmet snacks and fruit waiting for us as well. The house was also amazing! My husband and I went for a romantic getaway while our son was at camp and this was perfect. Everything was just like the pictures! It was just 2 of us, so we only used one room, but there is plenty of room for another couple or family members. The living space is really big. And of course the outdoor space was just incredible- especially the view. The cleaning crew was also lovely and will come everyday if you need/want them to (included in the reservation). This was our first time staying on the Toiny end of the island and we truly enjoyed it. We went to several places we'd not been before. The rental company helped us with our rental car and we got a Mini Moke that was really fun and easy to get around everywhere. We just had a wonderful time. Everything was just perfect! I can’t say enough nice things about this villa or the manager. Sigoléne. The villa had a beautiful view of Toiny Beach and part of Petite Cul du Sac. Waking up each morning was a delight- the sunrise over the water from our bedroom deck was beautiful! The bed was comfortable and the AC in the bedroom most welcome. We enjoyed the galley area by the kitchen every morning for breakfast looking out over the pool, plantings and ocean beyond. We enjoyed the pool and main deck our first two days- we could not even drag ourselves away from the villa, even though we knew the beaches were gorgeous. We had everything we needed to enjoy from the start right there! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in any rental, including the states and Europe. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spices, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing soap and hand soap’s were there for us there were more than enough dishes, silverware and good pots and pans for cooking. The grill was easy to use and we utilized it on three evenings. A thoughtful bottle of wine and coffee also awaited us. Sigoléne was a most wonderful manager! She greeted us at the ferry and escorted us up to the house first night there. She was always a text away if I couldn’t find something and she was attentive without ever encroaching upon our privacy. Recommendations for eating were spot on!! She. Was. Wonderful!!!!! This is a beautiful villa in a quiet location. Well, except for the roosters- LOL! It is a tranquil sanctuary and we would love to return here again!!!!

Some people don't put much stock into where they stay, I'm not one of those people. I want to be comfortable with a bit of luxury. This property is fantastic, just beautiful. It is modern, well-kept, comfortable and very private. If you are up early, you can catch the tortoises sauntering across the driveway. We named the first one we saw, 'Wild Blue.' The kitchen is well stocked for people who like to cook. The pool is as refreshing as it looks. The management company is friendly and helpful. The super market, restaurants and the beach (L'Orient) are a short drive away. I plan to visit St Bart again and will stay at this property.
