The house can accommodate 12/14 people.

It is ideally located on the seafront with a magnificent view of the Atlantic.
You will be able from the living room, the 5 bedrooms, the garden and the swimming pool to admire the sea view and the superb panorama on the islands of Oléron, Aix, Madame and the forts Louvois and Boyard.

Located along the coast, in a quiet area, you can leave the garden on the customs road which runs alongside the multi-colored oyster huts to reach the port of Chapus and Fort Louvois in 5 mins. Embark from the port for excursions on the Islands (several daily departures for the island of Aix in ¾ h of sea and Oléron in 5 mins crossing) and around Fort Boyard.

You can also put on your boots and go fishing for shells in front of the house at low tide.
If, finally, you are more earthly than a sailor, you can walk on one of the many cycle paths and cross the marshes at the oyster beds to the beaches.
