Great stay!

We spent two nights in Menton, the apartment had everything we needed and the view from the large balcony was spectacular. We had some issues finding the garage but that was most likely due to us using a translator for the instructions we had been given by the host. We definitely recommend this place!

Breathing view of Menton

We were so pleased with our stay here in this apartment! The view is the best on the boulevard. The apartment is very quiet and a great retreat. It is very easy to walk down to town or the beaches. We would definitely love to coming back! Thank you

Great accommodations for 1 or 2 guest. Owner could improve instructions for setting up air conditioner, setting the fuse boxes and locating refrigerator condenser.

This place is truly awesome!

Perfect location and great view! The apartment is stocked well. Just be aware you will need sheets and towels. You are a 15 minute walk from the Menton Garavan station and 15 min walk from town. Sunrise is in total view as is the town of Menton and the beach!!! This place is totally as advertised and the host is great to work with!

Excellent little studio apartment

The flat itself is small but has pretty much everything you need. The balcony is absolutely superb, with amazing views over both the old town and east towards Italy. The location is very good - a couple of hundred yards and you're virtually in the old town. The downside is that it is a long steep climb back again - but well worth it!

Amazing view

The best of the property is the balcony, the view is spectaculos.The property is good, you have there the bare essentials.The access up to the property on foot is not the easiest but it worth it.The instructions given by the landlord were clear and helpfull.In my opinion I would change the cleaning policy. No one is taking the cleaning too serious when is on holidays. And I would add air conditioner because it was so so hot inside the property. Per total is a good property and I would give an 8 rating from 10 .

Vi är så nöjda! Fantastiskt läge och utsikt. Utrustat med allt som behövs. Om man inte har bil får man räkna med vackra promenader i branta backar. Bussen går inte så ofta.

Joli studio bien situé, vue magnifique sur le vieux Menton et la mer

À 10 minutes du centre de Menton avec vue imprenable sur la mer , ce studio offre juste de qu’il faut pour une jolie parenthèse. Très calme en mars et proche des station bus ou train pour éviter de prendre la voiture ( Nice , Monaco) . Parking spacieux. Une bonne adresse !!!

Une petite pause plaisante

Très bien. Appartement plutôt petit mais bien aménagé et bien équipé, avec un gros atout: la vue sur la baie de Menton. Parfait l'emplacement parking qui facilite le séjour: pas besoin de chercher une place où laisser son véhicule à proximité. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant au téléphone.Notre seule petite réserve concerne le système de location lui-même, qui n'est pas assuré directement par le propriétaire et du coup, un accès un peu complexe avec de multiples explications et de procédures à suivre, qui même si elles sont bien expliquées par écrit par le propriétaire rendent l'installation un peu plus contraignante et surtout, le fait que le ménage réalisé par les locataires qui se succèdent n'est pas forcément vérifié entre chacun et qu'il peut y avoir des surprises à ce niveau: en ce qui nous concerne, l'appartement était plutôt propre : cependant, j'ai balayé plus de dépôts et de miettes au sol que nous n'en avions fait en une nuit et sans utiliser la cuisine ( car pas de prise de repas à l'intérieur), et les locataires précédents avaient oublié leur poubelle dans le placard. Heureusement, elle ne contenait pas de produits périssables.Mais je pense que beaucoup de locations se font ainsi maintenant.
