Beautiful roof apartment at walking distance from the sea (400 meters) to Mojacar Playa. Located between the typical fishing village of Garrucha and the old village of Mojacar with its many shops and restaurants. The golf course is 200 meters away. Also very suitable for cycling enthusiasts. Via the airports of Almeria (80 km) and Alicante (220 km) and Murcia you arrive in Mojacar. We advise you to rent a car to explore the beautiful surroundings. Day trips to the Gabo de Gata and Granada Natural Park are recommended. The apartment can also be reached with the airport shuttle from Almeria. The shuttle stops 500 meters from the apartment. The apartment has free unlimited WIFI AND TV FLANDERS. Parking in parking garage available for free.

We had an amazing time in Marina del la torre and at Kris place , kris was such a pleasure to deal with always on hand if needs be, the apartment was clean and the views are amazing, it had everything you could want for a very relaxing holiday, we had a hire car and i would advise you to get one aswel as its quiet a walk up the hill. Or taxis are reasonably priced.

Excellent apartment and great location

We stopped at this apartment and what a find. Excellent location and with the weather being the best they have had this time of year ever had only two days of rain all our stay. Just a short walk to all facilities mostly open but more opening in February was never a problem Kris was a excellent host And communication was excellent

Perfect Holiday

Beautiful Villa, really clean with excellent utilities available, making Cooking, Washing etc really easy. Views from the Villa are stunning and it’s in a great location to explore Playa and the Old Town which both offer excellent restaurants and cocktail bars. Cant wait to return!

Wonderful views. Apartment had everything you needed for a very relaxing holiday. Pool was wonderful to cool off. Kris responded very quickly to any questions and very helpful letting us check in early and late check out.

Apartment with a view

Enjoyed our time very much, the fantastic weather probably helped! View from the terrace was superb and being able to see the port was so interesting when the tankers came in for loading. Being able to walk to the beach was a plus, but quite an uphill walk back.

Mojacar 2024 - 2 months

This penthouse apartment is situated equidistant between Garrucha and Mojacar and has exceptional views to both. The owner responded promptly to any question asked and provided clear guidance on how to locate and access the property. On arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The urbanisation is well maintained and quiet. If you are looking for a well located property in a nice area I would recommend this apartment.

Superb Accomodation in Beautiful Setting

This apartment is superb, the roof terrace is well equipped and the perfect place for sun bathing - no race for sunbeds here and the view is stunning, from the £1m houses close-by, to the beach, Garrucha Port and the Med beyond - you never get bored of it! The balcony is a lovely place to eat if not going out and the kitchen is very well kitted out with everything you need. Air con is very good and the rooms are lovely and cool to sleep in. The Wi-Fi is very good too and coped with 5 iPads and 4 phones all week without a glitch. The TV wasn't in English but we connected the iPad to the TV (take an HDMI cable) and watched online. The area is mostly Spanish people which meant the pool was all ours in the afternoons and with local waiters etc not speaking much English the whole area really felt like a very classy Spanish resort rather than a sunny British get-away. We didn't play golf but will next time as the course looks stunning ! I recommend this to anyone !

Fantastic Stay

Stayed at this apartment for 10 weeks and from the moment we arrived to leaving we were not disappointed. The location is in a quiet more residential area between Mojacar and Garrucha both within walking distance around 30 mins or you can get the local bus. The road leading leading up to the apartment isnt too bad until the last 150 metres when is does become quite steep. On arrival this is the cleanest apartment i have ever stayed at. It is well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Plenty of cutlery including sharp chopping knives which is always a bonus. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom does need a little bit of refresh where the sealant is around the bath but apart from that all was good. Both the main and roof terrace had plenty of comfortable seating and the trade off for the hill is that oustanding view, which we never tired of. The host Kris was very kind letting us check in early and was very quick to respond when we had to contact him. For us this apartment was ideal and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you for amazing stay.

Unas vacaciones espectaculares.

Fuimos la familia, y estuvimos verdaderamente cómodos y a gusto. La casa es amplia, tiene una vistas fenomenales, y cerca de la playa y del pueblo. La terraza de arriba estaba fenomenal para relajarse y como espacio apartado para los niños. Las camas incluso las almohadas comodísimas, dormí fenomenal. El dueño muy atento en todo, el trato con el fue estupendo. Si me lo puedo permitir repetiré en próximos años.

Nice week

Me and my friends enjoyed the apartment during a week and we had a good time. Everything in the apartment was perfect, clean and in perfect conditions. When we had douts about the apartment the manager helped us immediately.
