Clean and comfy. Quiet location. Should have been checked by owner before we rented it as there were repairs which should have been carried out prior to us renting. Main bedroom blind chord broken so we could not use the blind. Main bedroom broken window latch. Loose toilet seat, blocked drain in washbasin. Slider drawer bracket in bathroom broken..

Modern, comfortable and clean with everything we needed,
This ground floor apartment is probably around 12 years old and is on a mixed development of houses and apartments which appear to be all privately owned and are very well maintained. There is a convenient allocated parking space.
The area is quiet residential and very leafy and pleasant.
The apartment itself has 2 decent sized double bedrooms with lovely comfortable beds and good quality linens. It has recently been refurbished and is spotless in the way of furnishings and decor.
The bathroom is very nicely fitted, again, all new, with a walk in shower with options for a hand held shower spray if you choose not to use the enormous overhead rose!!
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals and we were very pleased to find the basics of tea, coffee etc, plus washing up liquid and bin bags
Overall, a great little apartment that won't disappoint

Been in Australia for 12 years but travel back to the London regularly hence the reason I have a home in both Melbourne and London. My favourite holiday destination is far north QLD, it’s such a beautiful place with so much to see and do. You will enjoy both of our modern homes that promise not to disappoint.

Just been fully renovated, everything is brand new, its close the train station and easy access into central London and M25. Its in a very quite area, away from busy roads and traffic.
