Ski in-ski out chalet

Our chalet is a superb ski in ski out 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet apartment sleeping 8 people comfortably. The 82m2 (6.3m2 restricted height) property is split over 2 levels offering spacious and stylish living with a beautiful log fire, deep comfortable leather sofas and stunning views from the sunny balcony. Situated in the resort of Morillon 1100 Les Esserts in the prestigious Refuge D'Alpage MGM development, it is located in an great position on the edge of the piste with its own independent entrance. The chalet provides direct access to the Grand Massif ski area, including Samoens, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt. The ski locker opens directly onto the end of the fabulous 8km Marvel green ski run.
The apartment provides an excellent base for families as well as groups, with the ski lifts and summer lift just 200m away and open in summer as well as winter. Les Esserts is a short walk from the apartment and is a small car free resort with shops, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, bakery, ski and equipment hire shops. The nursery slops is also just a short walk away.
Chalet catering can be provided by De La Terre.
Our stone and rustic wood fireplace takes centre stage in the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Positioned in front of the warming log fire is a huge deep leather corner sofa. A flat screen TV with UK Satellite TV, DVD player, selection of DVDs, board games and books provide entertainment for the whole family. In the well equipped kitchen, our guests will find a ceramic 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a microwave, while the dining area offers comfortable seating. The large double doors lead to a balcony with breathtaking views of the slopes and uninterrupted views of the mountains beyond.
Our Chalet has its own private ski locker directly at the edge of the piste. Communal parking can be found opposite the apartment, or a further larger car park is located at the entrance to the resort.

On the entrance level is a twin bedroom and family bathroom with a separate WC. The master bedroom with king size bed, leads off the lounge and offers lovely views of the pistes, forest and streams. It has an en suite with shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
Stairs lead up to the eaves, where there are a further 2 twin bedrooms with ample storage space and the mezzanine with a sofa. On this level there is also a family bathroom, with bath, WC, sink and heated towel rail.
It’s enviable ski-in/ski-out position makes Chalet Alpage an absolute dream location during winter. As well as giving you direct access to the pistes, the chalet is only a short stroll away from bars, restaurants, bakery, a small supermarket, and other shops.
Chalet Alpage also provides a great base for hiking and mountain biking during the summer months. The chair lift nearest the chalet is open throughout July and August, allowing quick and easy access to the mountain trails during the height of summer. Many walking and biking trails can of course be accessed directly from the apartment, without any need to take the lifts.
The main village of Morillon and Samoens, both with many other amenities including the Lac Bleu leisure park is just a short drive down the mountain from Les Esserts.
