Twisted Palm Villas is a beautiful, beachfront boutique hotel in an ideal location - just North of San Pedro Town.

This listing is for all 6 suites, with ideal occupancy of 12, but up to 18 when using all the pullout sofas. We are adults only

The suites are comprised of:

Two (2) Coco King Suites (VRBO listing #854808 908924) that feature a King-bed and fully equipped kitchens including beautiful hand crafted Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter-tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, full-sized fridge & gas range, stainless double sink, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 720 feet of living space and spectacular view of the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. Walk out the front door to the fresh-water pool and beautiful beach.

Three (3) Coral Queen Suites (VRBO listing #854809 908926 957969) offer a Queen-bed, custom Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter-tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, mid-sized fridge, stainless single-sink, queen pullout sofa, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 440 feet of living space. Walk out the door to the fresh-water pool, beautiful beach and Caribbean Sea!

One (1) Garden Suite (VRBO listing #854810) has a queen bed, custom Mahogany cabinetry and built-ins, concrete counter tops, hand-cut tiling throughout, mid-sized fridge and gas stove, TWIN pullout sofa, stainless double sink, private bathroom with vessel sink and walk-in shower, 340 feet of living space and a garden view.

All suites have AC and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, WiFi, 42" LED TV, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dining table/chairs, hair dryers and in-room safe.

The property features a beautiful 35' X 10' fresh water pool with extra 6'X6' jet spa and spacious, private sun deck. There is also a rooftop lounge with sunrise and sunset views (breath-taking!).

All rooms are non-smoking (outside is fine), no pets.

40th celebration

We rented all 6 rooms for our 6 night stay in San Pedro. Communication was great from the start. The location was just outside the bustling town with a quick golf cart ride. You could also enjoy your stay with limited cart rides because several restaurants and activities were within walking distance. We enjoyed time at the pool along with adventures around the island. The catamaran rental our last day was our favorite. We sailed over to Caye Caulker for the day and enjoyed walking to the local bars and bbq on the beach. Caye Caulker is a much more laid back atmosphere but would be hard to pass up all the great things San Pedro has to offer as well on our next trip. Twisted Palms was perfect for our large group and was everything we expected.

Birthday in Belize

Twisted Palm was a great balance of villa/hotel accommodations. Great service and great people. Thank you for capturing the experience I was seeking. 10 out of 10 recommended! To enhance the experience, I did hire the recommended chef, golf cart vendor and snorkeling vendor. All were awesome.

Great property and great location!

The property was perfect and owners responsive. The 303 bar and grill was right at the end of pier and we hung out every night and had a great time!

Great Villa and Location!

Our group of twelve had a great time! Property was great and easy walk to some food places and very convenient everywhere else by golf cart. Dive shop on pier was great and very accomadating to anyone that wanted to Dive. I would book again if we came with a large group.

Let me tell you about Barb, Joann, Crytalee and Amer. Barb was helpful, attentive and responsive. She answered every question right away. Everyone was just so nice. I felt like we were on vacation from the moment Amer picked us up. He was nice taking all of our bags, there were 9 women with a lot of bags!, we appreciated it all. He even bought us water. He was very serious about us getting to our ferry on time and let me tell you, we needed him to be. Joann greeted us with Champaign and OJ. Who doesn't love that!! Crytalee came in everyday and cleaned our room. She left little notes that were so cute. The rooms were as described, the roof top was just a vibe. The pool was used daily. Sand was right up to the pool steps. The Dive Bar next door was good food and drinks. Our rooms were clean, water was hot and beds were comfy. The WIFI worked great. We all had service the entire time. We felt safe and were comfortable our entire stay. If we ever go back, this is who we will be calling. It was in a great location as well. Stores were close and it was a little more modern if you went 5 min left. We really enjoyed our stay. If you want beachfront luxury with a local feel, this is where you want to be!

Our location is ideal because we are just north of the bridge which separates the bustling town of San Pedro and it's incredible nightlife, restaurants and shopping, from the calm and serene "north island". The location offers easy access to both.

What makes this property unique

We chose this location because it's not too far from town, but not so isolated as the far north. The Belize Barrier reef is less than 1/4 mile away and can be reached easily by boat, paddle board or kayak. Or, enjoy the waves crashing over the reef while soaking in our fresh water pool, The rooftop lounge showcases the spectacular sunsets and sunrises over the incredible Caribbean Sea!
