Beautiful Studio located in DEMI-QUARTIER (Station MEGEVE -and COMBLOUX), Chalets Pistes, Building l'Alpette, 15 minutes walk from the Village Center of MEGEVE or COMBLOUX, near the ski slopes of the PRINCESSE and JAILLET, the supermarket CASINO, the Palace of MEGEVE (Spa, Balneo, Swimming pool, Ice rink, Gym, Climbing, Media library), 4S summer toboggan, Golf 18 holes, Hiking, Bicycle, Paragliding, Cinema, Casino BARRIER and biotope. Pharmacy and Health House nearby. The Chamonix Valley is 30 minutes by car! It is possible to walk to nearby shops. Line 4 of the MEG-BUS (STOP PONT D'ARBON) passes close to the residence (free shuttle for skiers).
The accommodation, completely renovated and well arranged, is quietly located in a "Chalet" style condominium, ideal for couples and families (Maximum 4 Adults and / or 2 children).
The studio of 25m ° is located on the 2nd floor, n ° 64, with a view on the ski areas of JAILLET, MONT D'ARBOIS and ROCHEBRUNE. It is very sunny. In summer, it is very pleasant to read on the balcony.
This accommodation is non-smoking indoors and not suitable for pets.
It is composed of :
• A living room with a sofa bed 2 places, a flat screen TV with DVD and USB, storage space, a table and chairs for 6 people,
• Kitchen equipped with Fridge, Dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, Microwave, Coffee maker with filter (coffee and tea available), Crockery for 6 persons and baby, Fondue set, Raclette set and pancakes,
• A room with a classic bed 2 places and 1 bunk bed 1 place (child up to 12 years),
• A corridor with a folding bed (child) and storage, baby changing bag,
• A bathroom with sink, bathtub, hairdryer and straightener,
• A separate toilet,
• A balcony with storage,
• A ski locker locked in a locked room # 64 on the ground floor,
• A private parking space and covered C 64 (ideal for your car when it snows!).
Available for free: Tobogganing, Magazines, Board Games, Children's Books and DVDs. Your children will be able to take care in case of bad weather!
Possibility of renting linens (sheets and towels) in supplement (80,00 € option that I can deprogram manually),
Failing: we must provide:
• For the double bed of the room: a fitted sheet 140 X 190, a duvet cover 240 X 220 and 2 pillowcases,
• For the bunk bed: a fitted sheet 90 X 190, a duvet cover 140 X 200 and 1 pillowcase,
• For the folding bed: a fitted sheet 90 X 190, a duvet cover 140 X 200 and 1 pillowcase,
• For the sofa bed: 2 sheets 90 X 190, a duvet cover 240 X 220 and 2 pillowcases.
• Your towels.
Possibility of cleaning at the end of stay in supplement (50,00 € option that I can deprogram manually).
Otherwise, household products, tea towels and a vacuum cleaner are available.

Semaine de ski sympa

Studio ultra optimisé typique des stations de ski. La surface au sol est limitée mais la disposition et l'organisation permet d'exploiter chaque m². Tout est disponible dans l'appartement jusqu'à l'appareil à raclette. La place de parking couvert est un plus tout comme la petite terrasse. Coté résidence, rien à redire, elle est à l'écart de la route, avec une vue sympa et sans trop de vis à vis. Le seul point moins positif serait peut-être la localisation, tres à l'écart du centre meme si tout est accessible en 5mn de voiture (supermarché, Télécabine Princesse, ...)

L'appartement est petit mais très bien aménagée avec de nombreux rangements. Il est très bien situé arrêt de bus à 300 mètres environ, Supermarché Casino à proximité et 15 minutes à pied du centre de Megève . Il ne manque rien sauf peut-être une bouilloire Je recommande cette location

Quiet, clean functunal

It was clean warm, quiet and had all you needed. Nice views. Caroline was very nice and let us stay on into the afternoon of our departure as no one was coming in that evening. The location was very easy to find and good for us as we had a car and skied in the area of espace Diamant in Praz sur arly. Large very nice Casino supermarket 5 mins walk away. We were 3 adults and the size of the apartment was good for us, any more and id say it would be alittle cramped. Overall very good . Thanks Caroline
